For a fast food restaurant Chick-fil-A is all stars!!! The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean and spacious this restaurant is. There was at least two employees out on the floor wiping down tables, I was immediately greeted by the person behind the counter and asked if Ive ever been in before. I asked what the most popular sandwich was? she said number 2 the spicy chicken sandwich, alright lets give it a try. The meal cost just over $8, comes with a small, what appears to be fresh cut french fries wedges, (see photos)a spicy chicken sandwich with tomato lettuce, cheese, theyre special Chick Fil-A sauce and a drink of your choice. The Fries: cooked to perfection and whatever oil they are using is awesome they were light and Airy my only complaint would be that they are under salted butt you can always add salt so no big deal. 4 stars The spicy chicken sandwich: the spice for me was just perfect just enough to get the back of my throat warm. ( its not hot enough for the die-hard (heat) people but for people who dont like heat I would recommend giving it a try ) it also lacked the taste of salt and was kind of bland however when I added the Chick Fil-A sauce.... wow!!! what a wonderful tasting sandwich. ( the sauce they give you over the counter is fantastic) 4.5 stars. The inside was nice and quiet the employees were tentative and looked to be hard working overall I would give my experience (for a fast food restaurant) 5-stars. Oh yeah and they have an indoor Kid Safe playground, that will keep the inside of the restaurant quiet even when the children are screaming C:

I visited around supper time. I was attended quickly. I ordered grilled nuggets, a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and a lemonade. The food came out promptly (by the time I got to the condiments island). Compared to the many experiences Ive had at other Chick-fil-As, this one was subpar. Although they were quick and the place was relatively clean, the food was not very good. My sandwich was shriveled as if it had been sitting there for at least an hour or so. The fries were mildly warm. Something was off about the lemonade. It was much more bitter than is typical for Chick-fil-A. There were Christmas boxes behind the toddler play area which wasnt really appealing. There was no separating of recycling and trash. And there were no kid place mats out. Im fact, I had to ask someone for them. Come to find out there wasnt even a place for them on display. Overall, it just isnt typical of the standard that Ive seen in most Chick-fil-As.

I wanted a nice salad. I wanted the "super food" salad but it didnt come in the meal size. The hostess behind the counter said that although out was a side salad, the full size option was the same size as the dinner salad. She talked me in to adding on a breast. The price was a little higher than the other "dinner" salad options but i have had their salads in the past and thought it would be a reasonably sized salad. What they gave me was a handful of lettuce, with a tiny piece of chicken, 3 blueberries and some onions. LOTS of onions. The chicken breast looked like something McDonalds would serve. I will never visit this location again.

I went there a little while ago and they gave me a diet frosted lemonade instead of the normal one. It made me really sick for a week and it took months to get back to normal. The only thing they did to make it up to me was give me a normal frosted lemonade, pretty pathetic. It tasted different an I felt fine so I am sure it was their mistake that made me sick. One of my family members also got some under cooked chicken there as well.

Extremely quick orders, great staff! Everything is great. Ive been here a lot and even the drive - through is great. I accidentally spilled my drink and I informed the cashier since we were about to leave and I didnt want to leave it unmentioned, and she just ordered me, the customer, to ask another staff member to clean it. Thats not very nice in my opinion.

This place SUCKS BIG TIME. You are charged how much for a piece of fried chicken piece in an over sized bun? All you taste is slathered mayonnaise, bland tasting bread, then a small sized mediocre piece of chikin! NO I do not recommend this place to anyone! Go across the way to eat at the Burger place. More for your $$ and flavorful.

Theres really not much in terms of competition (among other fast food places) when it comes to great service, cleanliness, and food quality. However, they charge per change to the item, including if you dont want something. So either throw away your own tomatoes and pickles or pay 0.25 or 0.45 to have them customize your order.

Aweful customer service. Forgot something off my order twice. Finally went back to try to get what they forgot and they stated that after two weeks, they dont give back missing items. No communication. If i paid for the food and you forgot it, i should be able to stop by and grab it when Im back in the area, period.

Ive only been to a Chick fill A a few times. Still not sure what all the hoopla is all about. I ordered the basic #1 meal. When I got my sandwich, I asked the server if was a childs size sandwich because of the small size. Apparently thats the adult size. Also, the waffle cut fries are just average.

Compared to the other Chick-fil-A restaurants Ive been to, this one was disappointing. The dining area was so cold, they didnt provide or offer sauces or salad toppings. Had to return to the counter to ask for them. The pre-set water temperature in the bathroom was scalding and burned my hands.

This is the nicest Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to. There are usually flowers on the tables, and the tables are always clean. There are a lot of staff members (including the manager) who are accessible if you need help with something. Overall, a classy and pleasant fast food experience.

Make sure if you want breakfast you are in line 15 mind before. I got stuck behind somone. Right before I got up there the lady comes out changes the signs and says sorry. It was 10:32 am. I drove here only for breakfast , so disappointed.

I stopped by on my way to the Valley, Im always impressed at how clean your dining room attendant keeps it so neat. Food was okay, chicken nuggets were not hot, but salad was good. Keep your dining room attendant doing the great job she does.

Customer service at Chic-fil-A wasnt as good as it normally is. Food was great, but the people taking the order messed up. Thats happened the last few times that Ive come. Ill still remain a loyal customer. Its the healthiest fast food...

What a joke. Nothing but wet behind the ears kids running and operating this place. Chik-Fil-Et sandwich patties are super dry, too busy texting to get food out of the fryer? I dont expect much from fast food, but this is bad.

Tastes like real chicken. Plenty dip flavors. Lines go fast. Only bad part of the experience is no parking during lunch time till after dinner time. Its another small strip mall at the Fremont location on Mowry
