Great choice for a Silicon Valley business lunch. Located at the Sheraton Sunnyvale Faz is a full service destination restaurant whose appeal goes way beyond convenience. My Grilled Avocado & Prawn Salad was "To Live For". Decor pleasant & upscale. Indoor & outdoor seating available. Table spacing and indoor noise level fine for discussion. This would have been a 5* review except the hostess caused a big hiccup telling one of our party that she needed to go to the other Faz location. The situation was saved by text and I walked up to the front to connect with our other lunch guest. All other service was great.

Faz is nice to go out and have fun, be able to make a little noise and laugh. Bring the kids or the grandparents or just eat with friends. Ive been here numerous times and whether I go for lunch or dinner its always fun. Reasonably priced - the brick oven puts out a great flatbread (or pizza for the kids) and the kebabs are fun...good menu and affordable wines. Open kitchen if you want to watch. Of course there is a mis-fire from time to time but that happens very infrequently. Mostly there is an overabundance of nice staff and great comfortable food.

Several of us went there a Thursday evening after work. Most of the group ordered mixed drinks (flavorful martinis, long island iced teas, etc) I ordered a scotch. We also ordered some bar food. I was told the mixed drinks were very tasty. The scotch was generously poured. We stayed a while, and most of us ended up ordering one or two more drinks. The bar food was really good. Overall: good food, good drinks. Good atmosphere. A good time was had by all.

We are there usually for team lunch. Persian fusion food with strong hint of Mediterranean. I love their pasta. The sauces are usually marvelous. Excellent kebab. Some choice for vegetarian, but really very plain. If you want vegetarian, the best options are their appetizers. Very crowded and noisy during lunch time. Expected to spend 1.5-2 hours for lunch there.

Faz is unexpectedly nice for being a restaurant attached to a hotel just off an expressway! We had dinner here as part of a networking event and the food was great. The atmosphere is fantastic and it was especially notable that the private room we were in was almost entirely sound-proof once the doors were closed. Id definitely go back for dinner or drinks!

Came here with high expectations and left with complete disappointment. They lost our reservations, then followed by a horrible customer service. If youre looking for a cool place to eat on a hot summer day this is not the place. My family and I were sweating while waiting for our very very service.

I really like this place. When you are staying in a hotel for work, you sometimes have to take what you get with the hotel restaurant. This place is a pleasant surprise. The kabobs are great, and the rice is decadently buttered ☺️. Staff (bar and waitstaff) has been friendly and efficient.

The food was generally good but do not order the salad! As I took a large forkful from the salad bowl, I noticed a piece of chewing gum in my mouth (I wasnt chewing gum previously)! This is absolutely disgusting and I recommend you avoid this place!

The Shrimp and Tomato sauce was excellent, the pita bread was warm and soft and the salmon awesome!!! I also got to taste some of filet mignon and I can say that it melted in mouth full of flavor. We had a great time with friends, family and food!!!

At Faz this morning. Staying at the Sheraton in Sunnyvale before heading to San Francisco. Nice spread except no peanut butter to make PBJs. Plus some fool stole one of the breads i was toasting. Curse u.! As Snoopy would tell the Red Baron

Best Persian Kabobs in the US ( as far as I have tried). I love their traditional Khoreshts ! The walnut and pomegranate one is highly recommended. Have not tried their Italian menu. Nice ambient and cozy.

Used their catering and banquet hall for my Dads memorial. The staff was helpful and professional and the food was tasty. Everything was ready on time. Everything went smoothly thanks to their catering staff.

There are people who love Sawa and people who hate Sawa. The people who love Sawa know that the playful, dry, almost cruel banter from Chef Steve is all part of the ambience and experience.

Beautiful setting, bad expensive food and super slow service. Sitting here looking at my uncooked kabob waiting on my check to get out of here.

Had a business lunch here, the staff was OK, the reservation done over the mobile phone, but the food is only to fill the stomach, too bland.

A great place to have dinner, or hang out with friends. One of the last places I have seen with free snacks, during happy hour.

The new Iranian Chef (guess his name is Ali) has really made a change in food taste and style. He is an asset to this business.

The food was okay but not great. I probably wouldnt eat here if I wasnt staying at the hotel. Definitely not worth the cost.

Good corporate lunch spot. Food is solid but a touch on the expensive side. If you like kabobs definitely do not miss them.

Decent option for Middle Eastern ... in an area that is short of options. Pleasant surprise for a hotel-attached restaurant.

Spacious business restaurant with good service but somewhat bland food. My sturgeon skewer was particularly disappointing.

Foods are okay. Service is okay except from a gentleman named Jose C who was rude, which ruined the whole experience.

This is an overpriced hotel bar. People go there because they are too lazy/unable to go anywhere else.

Beautiful and delicious, with great service. The rice, however, was sub-par....rather watered down.

Good food and ambience but service could be slow during lunch time due to its own popularity.

I stood there for 10 minutes but nobody would seat me so I have no idea how the food tastes
