I purchased a Groupon for a cut and deep conditioning package. The appointment was written down incorrectly in their book and was marked for the following week. When I arrived, the owner treated me as if I had done something wrong and that I was the one who made the mistake. She said "Tiffany is busy with another client." When I let her know that I had the Groupon, she said "this is the first time weve ever done this Groupon deal" I said, "ok, so now what?" She said "you can call groupon and get a refund." I was SHOCKED! No apology, no kindness and empathy that I had driven here for nothing. I was going to a funeral the following Friday and needed my hair done. I could not believe how horrible the customer service was at this salon! I could have become a regular client, isnt that the point of Groupon anyway? To try new services and return if satisfied. I called back and let her know that she was completely rude and she said "I am mad at the girl who scheduled the appointment, she does this all of the time." Still - NOT MY PROBLEM! They lost my business and my friends and family as well. Luckily Groupon has GREAT customer service and they refunded my money. I will take my business elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE, YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED!!

Id recommend Bella Capelli Hair Salon to anybody looking for great service and a great style. I went to Jeanette to inquire about hair extensions and she was very knowledgable and informative about the different types, brands, and the process in general. With her expert advice, I decided on the Donna Bella I-Link hair extensions and had Jeanette put them in and maintain them. I absolutely love my hair! The extensions look so natural and Ive gotten numerous compliments! Ive also had Jeanette cut, trim, and color my hair and was very pleased with those results as well! Bella Capelli is a quaint little salon located in downtown Vacaville in a beautiful Victorian building. The atmosphere is great and the staff is so friendly. I look forward to every hair appointment I have with Jeanette so we can catch up and talk, and I can leave looking beautiful!

I Purchased a groupon for the Highlight Hair cut and was completely happy with the finally look ..Ive been going into the city for years and with gas and the time it takes I gave this salon a try...was meet a door by the owner with a glass of wine . the wait was only a few minutes. The salon is so adorable, and the girls are so nice it was fun just being there..I have found my new hair salon

I had an appointment with Stephanie and she did wonders! I went from my blonde back to my natural dark brown hair and it looks GREAT! She added multiple brown shades so it looked more natural and not flat. She also added some bangs for me, which I fell in love with. I highly recommend this hair salon! THANKS STEPHANIE

Ive been here a few times and I love the vibe. The cozy attic location, music, décor, and friendliness of the people who work there make it a great place to relax and enjoy getting some work done. Stefanie took time to really understand what I wanted done and has delivered a perfect cut every time.

This salon is so nice! Ive been going for a bit now and I love the atmosphere. My wife and I both use Adelle as our stylist. Shes extremely talented and a natural artist. Highly recommend this place, very clean and full of young, fun people. I always look forward to my cut.
