Ive been going to this place for over 2 years. They where good thats why I have been going to them. But my last 5 visits have not been pleasant. They have every time made my eyebrows thinner and thinner and they never have missed to cut me every time. I kept going in hopes that they will actually do them how I like them and not hurt me... But on Sunday (my last visit) the lady that did my eyebrows literally ripped them off that it gave me 3 cuts on the lower part of my eyebrow on the first stroke. I felt it right away because it started to sting really bad to the point where it was unbearable. She finished and I looked at my eyebrows in the mirror and sure enough I was bleeding. Not only that but I still had lots of hair left but I didnt say anything because I didnt want her to hurt me no more. Sad to say thats my last visit. I do not plan to go back to a place where they dont do a good job, do them in a hurry and hurt you so much. (They werent even busy). Very unsatified.

I came here because the place I went to the only girl there I like left for months out of the States. I have been here a total of 4 times. The 1st time I really liked the way they did mine and my daughters eyebrows, but I notice they werent washing their hands after each customer. It was really busy and even though that isnt a reason, being my 1st time I went back and gave them a second chance. This time it was almost empty and the same girl did the same thing. This last time I went I went with another girl. She did use Germex I think before she started, but the eyebrow brush she was using fell to the ground and she left it there. When she needed it again she picked it up and used it again. Also I saw her do five people and the thing was never cleaned or disinfected. This is gross and even though its a good price, an eye infection is not worth $3. I will not be going back.

I used to go there for the eyebrows but I am thinking not to go anymore because of their poor service. Every time I go there, there are different girls doing the service. They dont ask how do we want our eyebrows to be done. They dont give the mirror to look at the end. Which I consider very unprofessional and rude. If we look at the eyebrows at the end, then we will ask to do it nicely. They used to give small mirror at the end to look at it long long time ago when it was just opened inside the sunny Market. Now they hide it. When we ask for mirror, they hesitate to give . They dont care the quality of service that they offer, they just do it so fast so they can have another client. Please dont waste your money going there. Rather pay extra dollar somewhere else and get the good quality service what we pay for and what we deserve. Very poor quality service that they offer.

I have been coming to urvashi salon for years, the type of person I am picky in everything i didnt think I will be satisfied with beautician but my first experience here was just amazing, monika and her staff is very professional, i see an amazing difference in my skin after the skin treatments she has done for me. I had microblading done and noone like Monica she did perfect job on my eyebrows. Reasonable rate the service they provide. she really cares for her clients she takes her time to listen and give suggestions and she is very knowledgeable about skincare, makeup, microblading. I can say everything she does she is perfectionist. o can blindly refer anyone to this place, you wont regret.

I went there 3 times and had a different girl all three times with the same results. They threaded part of my eyelash off ALL THREE TIMES. I asked them to wax my lip & cheeks and They put wax all over my face (usually youre supposed to put it on the area your waxing then wax that part) and some areas dried so she had to apply more wax to get it off which was hot as hell. They never listen to how I want my eyebrows done, I just want it cleaned up and I always leave with them super thin. Safe to say I wont be going back lol

Ive been coming to this place 8 yrs now I had really really bad acne with lots of redness x 8 yrs it took lots of patiences and time I want to say it took 4 yrs for my acne to disappear. Then I worked on my hair removal this took 1.5 years to see affect. I then did microblading this is amazing I recommend any ladies with this you never need to draw your eyebrows in and its all natural chemical. Mona is the best and I only trust her with everything. Ive been around there is no one like mona.

Today I visited this place because one of my friends recommended it to me and I am of the people who do not let anyone touch my eyebrows but the are where I live only offers wax and this process was giving me bad results so I started to ask and one Of my friends recommended this place. I went to this place because they are close by, very unprofessional environment. I have not seen any girl washing hands. I had my face waxed, girl didnt bother to check temperature, by the time I got home I had 2-3 blisters on my cheeks. They do good job on eyebrows threading but I would appreciate if they can be more concerned about cleanliness than just getting clients done fast. I would rather pay little more for cleanliness and good care. NOT GOING BACK....

I must say Ive never had a bad experience coming to urvashi! They are fast and good at their services. Monica is the owner and also my favorite, she introduced me to sugaring and I love it. It is very less painless when I get my brazillian wax, also My wax is done in literally 4-6 min. Which makes the experience so much better. I dont go to any other place for my services only urvashi

They do a really good job of threading my brows. My only complaint is that they opened late the last time I went there and had a really long line of women waiting for service with only one woman threading. That being said, she worked quickly and by the time I left, another threader had shown up. These things happen, so it hasnt totally turned me off, but thats my reason for 4 stars.

Its cheap and it was fast service for threading eyebrows but my eyebrows didnt look on fleek they looked like i got them done about 4 days ago where it was groomed but still didnt look like fresh or on fleek and the shape for me was not that good theyre really into curved long eyebrows and i just wanted them sttaight but now i have curved eyebrows that look weord with my face shape
