One star for friendliness and negative 4 for the "finished" product. My wife had a bad experience and came home in tears after 2 hours in the chair, when she saw what they had done to her hair... it was orange in spots. We were afraid to go back for fear it would be worse. We went to another Salon and it took 5 hours and $400 to fix their mistake. I dont recommend them to you or anyone!

Ive been going to my stylist (Julia) at Timothy Alan for over 7 years now. Its very hard to find a good stylist who listens to your vision and has your best interest in mind. She does exceptional work. The salon itself is beautifully decorated. Everyone is always smiling and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a salon to make an appt with one of their stylists.
