I booked with Daniel Ross for my onsite hair and makeup for my wedding in June. I did the hair trial but opted out of paying even more for a makeup trial too. The day of the wedding my hair turned out beautifully. Makeup was another story... Our photographer has worked at the same venue for years and suggested to the makeup artist that she set up in the room upstairs where there was more natural light. But she chose instead to set up in the dark room downstairs. Then she proceeded to do my makeup. We were on a tight timeline so I had just a moment to look and give my approval before I needed to get dressed and head out for pictures. I thought it looked dark but the makeup artist assured me that this was necessary because in the natural light and through a camera lens makeup often gets washed out. It wasnt until I looked at the pictures the day after that I realized just how terrible my makeup had turned out. I had asked for natural looking makeup (I dont typically wear much makeup at all). Instead my eyebrows were too dark and thik. Generally the whole eye area was too dark. Even our photographer thought it was way too dark. Now he has been spending the last few weeks touching up all the photos to lighten the area around my eyes. He even told me he had another bride who recently booked with Daniel Ross who had the exact same issue he was having to fix in post processing.

Hi 2 star from my experience. I dont mind paying $50 or $100 for a haircut so when I got there - I asked for level 6(best) master. Lady who got to do my hairs is working there for 15 years. So here is what I got for $50: -Haircut took 15 minutes (usually it takes 50)❗️ -After asking me what I want, I still didnt get what I want. -It came out Very asymmetrical❗️ -I had to correct shape multiple times -She used very basic techniques - more like level 1, not 6❗️ -I got water in my ears -My eyebrows got trimmed, even tho I came there for haircut. I use other specialist for that. -Unpleasant experience with the front desk Positive points? -Master was friendly -I got hand wax therapy complimentary Overall experience: Ive been in Supercuts only once in my life, Ill never go there again. Ive been in Daniel Ross salon only once in my life, Ill never go there again. People do you research before coming here. There is a reason why they have 3 stars. Had my hair cut and colored by a level 3 stylist a couple of months ago and I still cannot brush through the ends of my hair without a struggle because she did a DRY cut on my hair. I didnt say anything at the time because she was supposed to go back around and trim everything after the color. She trimmed a couple of pieces, and I didnt notice anything in the mirror, I figured she must know what shes doing. Apparently not. The color was not even to my roots, it looks like I had a kindergartner do my hair. How do you guys justify a price of over $200 when your stylists are doing dry cuts??

Great location with easy access and plenty of parking. Great access to surrounding businesses as well. This is a wonderful full service salon. The staff is always friendly, helpful and theyre very well trained. Im very selective with salons and have been coming to Daniel Ross for 3+ years and have no plans to stop. If you need hair services, try LEAH. Shes fantastic!

I have been coming here for almost 5 years. The front desk staff has greatly improved and currently are great. A good selection of knowledgeable stylists for many personalits taste. There has been some bad ones, but they seem to do a good job of weeding those out. All 7 of my family members come here. Currently loving Chandler.

I went there for a walk in today looking for a new salon since my old hair stylist has moved. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The service was exceptional and well worth the cost. My hair stylist (Amanda or Ashley?) was very friendly and a great job with my hair. I will definitely be back. :)

Terrible 1st time experience here, over priced my stylist was new to the salon (should have been a red flag) my hair was over processed and not colored the way I asked I was supposed to have a full foil ended up with a very partially done sloppy foil.
