I called the store to see their hours and if they were opened. No one answwered. I drove over, the sign stated opens at 9 AM. Im standing outside, two guys inside, its inthe high 40s. Im at the locked door until almost 9:10 with the two guys inside looking at me. I finally get in. I tell them the product I want. They say they dont carry it. I tell them it is on their website and it states that the store has it. The say they never heard of it. I walk up to the rack and grab the part. The two guys tell me to chill out. I have a suggestion, "Do your job. If you dont want it there are lots of people who would love to be employed." For the sake of comparison. I called the Kragen store at 7:30 AM, one half hour before they opened. The friendly woman answered the phone and answered every question. She acted like she was there to help me.

I always go to this specific Autozone in Vallejo, CA only because they take their time in helping me what I really need for my car. They answer politely and professionally. I dont have any problems and never had problems with these staff members.

One of my least favorite auto parts stores. This used to be a goto for deals on replacement parts. These days the employees not very helpful and the variety of brands & selection carried in store is very low.

I would give this zone a 5 star, but the 5 star employee went to work for Toyota of Vallejo, so now I give it 1 star for trying. Lets see in a couple of visits 1 star may change, maybe!!!
