I found out Napa carried Amsoil which is cool because not to many places do. The first time I called to check stock they answered and asked me to hold. I held for 11 minutes before deciding to try later. Called again a few hours later, they answered and once again on hold for 9 minutes before I gave up. I called the next day right at open and spoke to a gentlemen and he said he could not make orders on the weekend and to call Monday. So I called first thing Monday and placed an order for my oil. They said they would call me when it comes in. Three days later I call and sat on hold but only five minutes to find out it came in the day before. I went to the store to purchase it and they also said there is a ten dollar shipping charge for ordering from their warehouse, Surprise! Very unpleasant experience start to finish.

Needed an alternator for my dodge truck. Stopped at this napa on my way home. When I got there only two counter people working and 6 people waiting to get parts. Took me 25 minutes to get help. Put the new alternator on only to find out that it was no good. It was overcharging my battery. When I called to let them know I would need it replaced I sat on hold for just over 10 minutes. I was told that it would take 3 days to get here and that the one I have would have to be tested. Dont have the new part yet but I may let everyone know how it turns out. Not a great experience so far.

Extremely polite and helpful staff. However, I bought a "new" bank 1 sensor 2 for my 2004 Ford Escape. It was no good. In the meantime I spent $60 on two trip permits plus $240 taking it into a shop, only to discover that it was a bad part. I will not be going back, ever. The 1 star is for the nice staff, whose fault it was not.

Counter person couldnt even find a Napa part number after I went home and back to bring the part to them. Ran to the store on Division st. and had no problem finding what I needed immediately. It all depends on who you get wherever you go.

Not polite or helpful at all. There was a lady at the counter who looked up and saw me when I came in and just ignored me. Unacceptable behavior for a customer service job.
