Rick is the best in the business, both price wise and quality control wise. He is a 1 man show which keeps his costs down, and he always takes the time to make sure I am getting exactly what I need/want. Rick takes time to explain things to me that other shops wouldnt. He also greets you with a smile and acknowledges your existence as a person...a customer. Some shops I have been to lack this respect, they avoid you when you walk in the door and wont talk to you until you make the first move, then are usually rude, short, or unhelpful to say the least. Rick gets all my machine business, and I refer all my friends and relatives to his shop. Sandy Machine, the way a machine shop should be run.
