August 20, 2009 Gentlemen: I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent and efficient service your crew provided me in respect to recent repairs to my vehicle. Moreover, I also hereby commend the total dedication, exemplary service and perseverance Dave Rogie and Clay Henderson (and other members of the Les Schwab crew) demonstrated in respect to correctly balancing the wheels on my Durango. I realize that achieving the correct balance for oversize tires on after-market rims is not an easy task - yet without any complaint, nor any (outward) signs of exasperation, Dave Rogie and his crew repeatedly attacked my balancing problem with an unusual and dedicated perseverance that is rarely found in any service type business anywhere. I congratulate your business for finding and retaining such dedicated management and employees. I have to start off by saying Thank you Jason! If anyone is in Sandy Oregon and ever needs car work Jason is your man! Story: I am from Seattle and I was driving to Bend Oregon to climb down there with an old friend of mine and my car caught fire in the town of Sandy Or. at the stop light, not only had I never heard of Sandy but I knew no one that could help me for 50 miles. I put the fire out and I was stranded.. but I saw a les schwab across the street and ran over there, Jason one of the workers there took care of me he drove me back to my car, assisted me getting my car to the Les Schwab, lifted the car and diagnosed the problem. Allowed me to keep it in the parking lot while I continued my trip to Bend and I had a local parts shop tow it from the parking lot. I am in great gratitude to Jason and to Les Schwab, my trip that day could have turned out as a disaster but the week was great and its in large part and thanks to these guys. Go see them if you need anything!

Do Not take your vehicle for alignment. My vehicle was in an accident and the body shop I used sent my car here to have the suspension looked at and an alignment done. My passenger side wheel was was out about an inch and all they did was pull the tie rod in and get it in within spec and shipped it. There was control arm damage, strut damage, my vehicle is now pulling to the right because all they did was bandade it and ship it. That is poor work. I would never recommend a Les Schwab to anyone!

Well this one was about the same as all the other ones. The service was standard for a les schwab and the bathroom was clean with a real baby changing station( I have found that many places have gotten rid of these for whatever reason) all in all nothing to complain about.

We had a damaged tire and rim on a forklift and limited funds to repair it. They came to our shop removed, repaired, and replaced the tire/rim in under an hour for a great price. Thank You Corey and the Les Schwab Team!

Usually dont review places but was very surprised. Extremely fast service was in and out in 20 minutes and great price 139 bucks for 2 front tires. It was 180 at some other place. Will go here again in the future

They saved me after i had a flat tire in the Mount Hood Wilderness and I am forever grateful for this company offering the services they do. Very polite staff and it only took 20 minutes to get my car back.

Good service, tire prices are competitive, but the wait is extensive most days and the prices for brakes and suspension work is really high, if you cost it out there shop rate is over $200/hr.....

No Pity For The Majority

The staff here are pretty friendly, and do go out of their way some. Tires werent exactly the cheapest, but I got quality tires that come with peace of mind. Thanks to Doug specifically.

I bought Pro-comp front struts and wanted a price to install them and get an alignment. They said that they would only help me if I bought new struts from them. Wow!!
