I like this place. But one of the stylists, Lori sat up at the front for about 10 minutes on a personal call. She was in the way of another stylist trying to ring up a customer and get my information. I felt as though that Loris actions were extremely unprofessional. She was clearly on a personal call as I could here everything she was saying. I understand that they needs their breaks, but that should have been done in the back. Im big on professionalism. On the other hand, Roxanne cut my hair, was fast and friendly an drew very professional. Thank you Roxanne!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Worst customer service ever. Smile 360, another reviewer, is not exaggerating on his/her post. They ARE moody and dont know how to cut hair. Very bad for business.
