Carmen does an average job with your hair, nothing great, but her attitude makes the entire experience a dreadful one. If you go to her shop you might want to pick a different stylist because she has this nasty rudeness about her that is a complete turn off. And this place has no set prices (like a menu of services and prices), so if she tells you it will cost $35 on the phone, she will then change the price to $45 when you get there. She has some sort of "prices are subject to change without notice" clause, because she changes her rates whenever she pleases. So, go to her at your own risk. However, I highly advise you go elsewhere; I know I will.

Ive been receiving hair care services from Carmen for several months now. I travel much for my job and need a stylist who can accommodate my very busy and demanding schedule. Carmen always works with me on scheduling appointments. Not only is she accommodating, but she is professional and has done a fabulous job caring for my hair! You can tell shes in an occupation she truly loves! If youre looking for a stylist that is skilled, professional, accommodating and caring, Carmen is the person to see!

I honestly should have listened to the reviews but I was desperate. Carmens attitude is so disgusting. Someone like that should absolutely NOT be in business. She makes her prices as she goes so ask her what she charges first! Even then shell give you a different price when you get there. She collects money first so BEWARE. Shes so rude Im still in shock. Not a friendly person at all.

I went to Carmen beauty salon kind of nerves about cutting my hair short she made me feel very confortable and the atmosphere was very professional she is a very nice person what else can i say i love my new short hair style.i love it so much that i told my mom about Carmen shop and. She also went and got her hair done and she love her hair too

What an amazing experience! I get sooo many compliments every time I leave Carmens shop! Her work ethic is on point! Shes a very talented Hair Stylist; polite, professional, honest, and always on time! I appreciate that! I would definitely recommend Carmen! I had an appointment at Carmen and Company Salon last week. It was the most pleasurable experience. Carmen was very pleasant, skilled, patient and detailed. I received sooo many compliments the following day. I will for sure return. It was truly a pleasurable experience. Thumbs up for this salon.

Ive been going to Carmen & Company hair salon for about 2 years now. I love it, I enjoy the comfortable atmosphere, the lovely conversation and people I meet there and she does real high quality work. People love my hair, and its grown so much since Ive been going to Carmen. A+++ from Me! ;)

Living in the SFV, it was difficult to find a black hair stylist but I found Carmen over 15 years ago and havent seen another stylist since. Shes the shop owner and is welcoming, professional and reasonably priced. Also the shop is lovely. Highly recommend!

Finding someone that can cut black male hair is hard especially when you consider there are some that try to charge upwards of $50. The work is highly professional. The place is clean and tastefully decorate.
