First time I went to Metro cuts I had a amazing experience! love the hair cut and the people there, second time I went I got a haircut by a girl name Britney I wasnt to pleased with it but it worked! Third time I went I had another amazing experience and I love the girl who cut my hair I finally found someone! Fourth time I was stuck with Britney who messed up my hair beyond belief cut my hair 3 inches shorter than what I wanted! She did not bother to check if my hair was even, I had strands of hair a inch longer than others, I went back the same day to have her fix it which she just messed up even more! When I asked for my money back since my hair was now so short I had to pick a guy look! she refused and was being rude about giving me the money back! If you go in! stay away from Britney! she loves having immature conversations about alcohol will ask who came in with you! and Cut your hair like a 3 year old with scissors!

I use to come here all the time because it was so close to my house and work but for my prom last year the girl did what she wanted with my hair and not at all what I asked. I looked like a complete mess and the woman who did my makeup did it completely ridiculous as well. I went a different time after that to get my best friend a hair cut. His hairline was so crooked and his hair in general was completely messed up. We never got haircuts there again but I did go back to get my eyebrows done. The last time I went there I signed in and sat there for over an hour waiting while all the workers were just standing there talking I asked How long the wait was multiple times and they ignored me, i was finally just completely frustrated and walked out. Do not come here. Terrible service terrible hair cuts and terrible employees. Youre better off going anywhere else or doing it yourself at home.

I went in to get a color correction from green hair to a medium caramel brown. The girl I got, she was super nice at first then towards the end started lying to me. She told me there was no breakage at all in my hair when I clearly saw hair falling on the cover. Also during the bleaching process, she had another client and paid more attention to her and talking when I was paying 100+ for services. She then "layered" my hair, then curled it. I didnt want my hair styled curly...the color was this light rose gold....it was too light. When I got I home I straightened my hair and it was choppy. One side was 3 inches shorter than the other side. Im guessing she curled it so I wouldnt flip a wig in the salon about the choppy layers. I was there all day long just for her to ruin my hair. I had high hopes going in only to be disappointed.

Went in for a lighter color hair dye 3months ago or so because is around the corner from my house...only waisted time and money and didnt get what I wanted or close to it...I could have done a better job with a box color & it was the owner.....I use to get Sarah to do my hair, she would do a good job but was told she is very expensive... Good thing my friend did my hair this time around.(different location).feeling pretty again..

I went in about 2 months ago for a haircut..the lady that cut my hair was very nice n comforting. She did a great job on my hair..i got long layers and sideswept bangs..although it was great..she did mess up my bangs because when i would seperate my hair it was an odd line i had to do to make my bangs line up right..other than that i really liked my haircut just wish my bangs were cut better..

Do not open on time. My haircut was very ugly and 3 inches shorter than what I wanted it to be. Very immature staff. Customer comes in when stylists talk about him behind his back. Expensive with inexperienced cuts
