Overall the place was nice.. haircut was lack luster. Im not one to ever put down a haircut because I know not every haircut is the same or 100% perfect. I showed pictures to the hairstylist of the final haircut I wanted. My hair ended up looking nothing like it from the sides being to high and back super high... I would have understood and went with a different person if the person who cut my hair would have said I new and Im training on new styles and Im not sure I can achieve the haircut you want... but that wasnt the case. My advise is to ask ahead of time if the person can truly achieve the haircut.

So I had an appointment at an expensive salon for tomorrow morning. But I just couldnt stand it anymore and went in to Cost Cutters to see if the stylists had good hair, if so then Id consider getting mine cut there. Well, they did, and I went for it. Tammy did a GREAT job and was nice and quick and my hair looks and feels great. Nothing to complain about at all, great price, quick service and a clean environment. She fixed for twelve dollars and change, (plus tip of course) what another stylist charged me sixty dollars to mess up. Ill totally go back. Very pleasant surprise.

Last week (9/25/16) there was only one stylist working. Though she agreed to cut my childrens hair toward the end of the day, when it was our turn, she was rude. She informed us that she could refuse service, she accused us of laughing at her. She took her frustrations out on us, her clients. Very poor management decision to work her alone all day. Very poor decision on stylists part to be rude to paying, regular customers. We walked out. I usually get my hair cut here but no more.

The stylist Ive had is very nice and always willing to accomodate whatever needs Ive had. However, I had an experience that caused me to not want to go back. I was breastfeeding my baby, and one of the stylists told me to cover up, as if I was so exposed. Really? I have never ever had that happen, anywhere. And it was just me and the other stylists and I was in the back of the salon. It was completely out of line and rude. NOT good customer service.

I have been going to Cost Cutters about four times and nobody has ever cut my sons hair so great.I never ask the lady her name but she just started.She is a very nice Asian lady and my son even told me that she treat him better then all the other people that works there.I will go there more often now that she works there.....very great hair cut.

I have been going to this location for a few months now, I have gotten very good cuts, personal attention and have never really seen the stylists ignore clients to talk to each other. Ally is really good stylist.
