Horrible Customer Service! Dress came back with a hole and new stains. Took almost a month to get my dress back and a refund. If you have anything that is of value to you either sentimental or because it cost a lot, do not take it here. Their policy literally allows them to not pay you anything because they can easily say it is an “inherent weakness …not readily apparent prior to processing”. The most they will give you is 10x the amount, so if you paid $5 to get it cleaned they might give you $50 if they feel like it. Your best bet is to write a report on BBB or give them a google/ yelp review. When they start seeing how many people pick places based on reviews they might improve their customer service.
