I just visited the store about an hour ago. I ordered a shrimp tostada salad. They charged my husband and I at the drive-thru and we came home (we live about 15 minutes away). I just noticed now the I open my dish, they gave me chicken tostada salad. I called the store manager and informed her that I got the wrong item but I do not have my receipt because my husband threw it away at the drive-thru garbage can. She said that she spoke with the rep who was working in drive-thru and the rep said that she was telling everyone that there was no shrimp. I told the manager that she did not tell me anything if she did I would have been okay with that and I would have ordered something else, but that she never mentioned anything. The lady said "well since you dont have your receipt I cant tell if you were charged for the shrimp tostada salad and theres nothing I can do". And I told her really, theres really nothing you can do? And she said no theres nothing they can do. Customer service is no good there, she made it seem as if I lied but the fact is that I paid for a dish I did not order. I will never visit this store again.

When this location initially opened, it was kept clean, the staff was efficient, pleasant, and the food prepared well. Unfortunately, now when I go in, it is messy. While I was attended to by the cashier quickly, he had walked away and there was no one to take orders thereafter. A huge line developed before someone called someone over to assist. In the past I was attended by one particular cashier by the name I believe of Andrea, who walked away right after she attended someone, even though I was in line. I waited for a short time and she had walked away into the dining area to start cleaning. Leaving me there to wait. Did any of the other staff become aware of this? No! Afterwards another staff member on in the dining area noticed my daughter and I and told the cashier. The cashier looked up , saw us, then went back to cleaning. And still no one came to take our order. This location has definitely gone downhill!

Service is generally pretty good here but like most fast food places nowadays, their menu board doesnt list all their food items. Like most fast food places pictures of some items make up most of the menu. So on my last visit there I ordered the same item I have ordered at least once a week for the last couple of months only to be told that the item I ordered doesnt exist. When I told the guy at the drive through I order that specific salad all of the time I was again told it doesnt exist. This isnt so much a complaint against this restaurant as it is a complaint against the way restaurants try to present their food to customers and they do not include the entire menu for everyone to see. Even their employees dont know when something is on the menu. Frustrating!

Very bad customer services. I order a 4 piece meal paid extra for thigh and brest. When my number was called I pick up my food they forgot to give me my pieces. The lady name Arceli that helped me said thats how they come.and I said I understand that but I paid extra. She rolled her eyes at means went to exchange. But she came back with the piece I told dont roll your eyes at me she said ehats that? I laughed and walk away. Every pollo loco I ever been to theres always a problem. Great food but bad services.

Nice place to eat. Some employees dont care how they serve their customers. Some actually at least try but Asian people gotta take a chill pill and learn that some of these people make mistakes in orders sometimes. They try to be nice and bring you the food and sometimes is the wrong on debut at least they tried! If not lazy people get up and go get your own food.

Food is as good as in any other Pollo Loco. Service is relatively fast. The place inside is clean. Just watch out for the homeless crowd that hangout nearby. I saw a couple involved in a quick drug deal sitting outside. Dont leave your doors unlocked as a precaution.

U walk in and nobody is there to take ur order... Managers are so rude so employee see & think they can be rude also... not a friendly place of environment .. Its dirty.. They let ur food sit there getting cold I had to get up and get it horrible service there

Does gravy have beans!!? Yes thats what I got! Clumpy gravy with a side of black beans... terrible service. Plus they tend to shut you up with "Ill give free mashed potatoes next time" no thank you, train your staff better. Thanks!

Dirty and avocados are not there so dont look for it. Lots of employees but no one can keep a counter full with salsa. The corporate should look at the reviews witch are a reflect to their business or management.. I wont return.

Their main thing is chicken, not all that great at times so they do tacos enchiladas taste less ,terrible, waste of money unless youre straving and this the only place open - stay Away!

Me and my girlfriend love to eat here and never had a problem with service and the food is always hot. This is one of our favorite places to eat plus it helps that they have EBT.
