First experience using UberEATS, and partnered with El Pollo Loco, really knocked it out of the park! I was born and raised in Long Beach, so I spent a lot of time eating at El Pollo Loco. Though after five years in Texas and another five years in Minnesota, there is nothing else like this! We are on vacation, and opted not to rent a car. Best decision ever to have awesome food delivered! The food is just as delicious as I remember it, so thank you for that and not changing a thing!

Kinda small eating area and felt cramped when dining in. When ordering and when it became busy, the line was close to being out the door and they were only 10 people standing in line during lunch hour on a Saturday at noon. So maybe remodel? Otherwise food is good at this location.

The food is always great here and I have no issues with the service. However, this place is gross inside and the restrooms are some of the nastiest Ive ever seen inside a fast food restaurant. It really makes me question the cleanliness of their food preparation.

Manager was rude employees were rude they wouldnt take the coupon that says if you spend $10 or more you get a free salad I recommend go to the one in Fullerton way nicer people
