Today is Sunday 12/11/2016 I was very disappointed what I got with my order at el pollo loco. I ordered a chicken breast, broccoli and rice. I got a little tiny chicken breast a couple of broccoli buts, they where lukewarm, no rice, but a small salad with no dressing no tortillas. This fun trip to el pollo loco coast me $7.40. I suggest, watch what your getting with your order. I will Never go there again I feel cheated.

As of today 3/8/17.I went for my co-workers lunch everything was ok untill the cashier gave me expired coupons,they were expired on 12/31/16 three months old coupons,i mean how is this possible it is just so rude it was like throw away my trush or i dont want your business i will never go here again it is just no acceptable no excuse "I did never asked for coupons i paid my food in full retail price "

Sadly, Ive checked out numerous other E.P.L.s in the area, and, basically without exception, theyve been scary just to walk into. Fortunately, this location is right across the street from my work, and is kept clean and run well. For the sake of eating healthier, Im going there most every day, and its been good and consistent

They changed cook or something and now sell extremely dry overcooked chicken. I even told them about it but they gave me bad old dry chicken anyway. Stay away from this place. Bad chicken , lying personal.
