I locked myself out of my apartment, so naturally I needed a locksmith. This was the 1st time I have ever been in this situation and I am in a panic so I call the 1st one I see that is still open, probably not the smartest idea. The woman who answered the phone seemed nice enough, I asked her their pricing and she said their service price is $19 and whoever comes will let me know how much the labor is once they assess the situation. The guy gets to my house tries one thing it doesnt work so he says the next thing he tries the labor will be $80 so Im like okay thats $100 which is probably a pretty awesome deal. He gets the door open starts tallying the total and surprise surprise it turns out to be a total of $351. I am in utter shock to make matters worse my credit card would not go through, but eventually something worked out. I am ashamed to say I did not fight that cost, it made absolutely no sense and I looked up what he used to get my door open an air pump wedge the most expensive one I saw was about $35. Lesson is dont let panic or shock dictate what you do in a crisis, take your time and really look at all your options. Shame on me for my absolute foolishness and shame on them for their greed. I would not recommend them to anyone ever, be very careful.

this guy was a freaking joke. i paid 30 for cutting a bmw key, not only did it take an hour and a half, but he messed up my remote key. he said that he does not guarantee any key that is not his, so it was not his fault that now i have a useless remote key. BUT he did cut me a spare key , which i have no use for since i already have 2 of them, i needed a remote key so i have keyless entry. he said take the spare key that he cut and have a machine shop integrate it into my now broken remote. he did offer to machine the spare key and put into my remote, at a $10 labor charge. what a stand up business owner right?

They showed up fairly quickly (about 45 minutes), but not only did the guy not tell me the price up front for programming a key, but he couldnt program a new key anyway! I still had to pay $89 (not the $69 on the website) for a service call that left me just as stranded as I was when I called them!!! I finally had to get a tow to the dealer & they got it done in an hour. In my book, thats either incompetence or dishonesty...maybe both.

We used this company in Long Beach California and theyre pricing was outrageously excessive, customer service is very unprofessional and rude. They are only out to rip you off. Do yourself a favor and use another business. They will not even stand behind the discounts the website offers..

Fast, professional and extremely trustworthy. And the price is fair. Whenever my roommate moved out or I had a need to rekey my locks, I always asked TUAN and never felt disappointed with his work. GREAT SERVICE. He is a true Pro and a nice person. Highly recommend him!

Great service. So glad that I found this shop and Tuan Le was friendly and did a great job re-installing my shop on time and accurately. Pricing was great and would highly recommend.

Very very poor communication skills, and rather discourteous, and that is a complement.....
