If I could give this place a zero, I would. My father called to have a lock repaired and paid $80 for the repair. When the repairman left, the lock was still not fixed and need to come back with a specific part. That never happened and we still got charged the $80. When I got on the phone to fix the issue, she immediately was aggressive, did not let me speak one word to her and called us liars---without even listening to our concern. Stole our money. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! agree with a previous review--very creepy and rude

I Call on the phone, to see if he can do job of course he said yes. I get there with my valet key to make the flip key for my 2008 VW. He tells me the valet key will only make another Valet key, which he is wrong. So I ask him to cut the key any ways. Then he process to his machine for about ten minutes comes back and says his machine not calibrated to do my key. He a wast of time, dont wast yours!!! oh yeah got the key done, and it works on the glove box trunk and start the car. So he needs to educate himself.

Pioneer Lock and Safe has a shop you can go to which is a plus. I took my exterior door Medeco lock into their shop. I had broken a key iin the lock. Even though the locksmith was out on a call, he was able to repair it within about an hour for a reasonable price that included a replacement key for the key I broke. These are great local people to do business with.

HE LOOKS NICE BUT IN HOME SERVICE WAS WAY EXPENSIVE. OVER CHARGED EVEN THOUGH HE FOUND OUT IT IS SIMPLE WORK. DOESNT WANT TO RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. I GUESS ALL THE LOCK PLACE IS EXPENSIVE.

The best Locksmith around! So friend and great Quality service. She took my broken bent key and made a duplicate. Came home and it started my car right up. I will forever be a customer.
