Should have been no stars. That guy cut my car key. Not working and still charged me partial labor for not working key cut. He didnt cut the key well as I told him to chamfer or round the tip angle. I did not get a blank key replacement. He almost made my door lock broken. My original key even have hard time in and out. Upset with this kind of service. Please go to dealership for worth service and decent service.

These guys are great! I had to re-key my entire house. I called and they met me 30 minutes later. It turned out to be a big job - had to replace several old rickety lock sets, so they were busy for a while. The locks look great, all doors close tightly, and I have consolidated from the many keys I used to carry around. I highly recommend them.

We had to change the mailbox key because we lost it. Mike came over within 40min after I made the phone call and he was able to get the job done in 20 min. Quick and fast service. Even though I found my old keys inside the mailbox actually......:(

Came in to get a lock opened on a piece if furniture. Wed lost the key. They came out to the car so I didnt have to carry it in. They were polite and helpful . Took care of everything. Great experience.
