What does it take to get a hold of someone here? I have a mailbox here, #391, and a package was received for me on 12/30/16. I have been calling for days now and no one ever answers. The phone rings, and rings, then eventually disconnnects. Ive been to the location several times and no one is there. How am I supposed to get my package? The city of Downey needs to be made aware of their business practices and I need my package, asap. Ive included my mailbox number, above, in hopes that the this review will cause an alert for the staff/owner and I get a call so that I can get my package. Thank you.

No one there, no one answering the phone. I made the mistake of dropping important mail in drop box Friday, July 7, 2017 it was closed at 11:30 AM, I called all that day to confirm my mail would be delivered. Now its Monday, July 10, and no one has returned my call, and again no answer. Why are you still open as a business? Terrible business, I will never go here again, and would never refer anyone either.
