Lost our motorcycle key, quoted us with a very short and a rude conversation. We decided to go with the quote since it was an emergency. My husband called him back and wanted to ask the locksmith a few questions. He responded yelling at my husband that he was busy and couldnt talk. He was so disrespectful and hung up on my husband. We would never recommend this place to anyone! Horrible customer service and attitude! Worst experience ever dealing with a business! And still never even called us back!

The owner is very nice guy who helped me unlock my car around midnight at the most unsafe part of town. He told me that he would get here in 45 minutes but arrived less than half that time which was the biggest relief once he arrived I didnt have money so he was very willing to follow me to the bank which I paid him. He is fast, urgent and makes his customers his biggest priority.

The owner is Franco. tonight, I broke my car key in 2. he made 2 keys for me. right before I left I said that If they did not work, I could come back to make it work. the keys did not work, I called back and he stopped answering the phone. really really shady business

This place is no longer open, but they do answer the phone number listed. Only problem is I showed up to the shop and a gentleman said, oh my son isnt there? So he said he was going to get ahold of the son but when I gave him a call back there was no answer.
