I have been a customer of Fazios for many years and have frequented several different locations throughout the Los Angeles area. Unfortunately they have officially lost my business. The quality of cleaning has declined greatly over the years. I just picked up my very large cleaning order which included several delicate and expensive dresses. Two of my chiffon dresses were returned with large unrepairable holes and one was returned with some odd stains which were not there when I dropped them off. I am VERY tedious about inspecting every garment for damage or stains BEFORE I drop any items off and am always good about pointing out anything that might need special attention during the cleaning. So I am POSITIVE that my items were not damaged or severely stained before I dropped them off. I am completely livid as NOTHING was brought to my attention when I picked up my order. They did however pin inside the dresses a small slip of paper that said "received with damaged condition: hole" on only one of dresses which came back ripped and a another slip of paper that said "the remaining stains cannot be removed" on the dress with the new mysterious stain. I promise you, these items were neither ripped or severely stained when I dropped them off. Shouldnt they have brought those things to my attention before dealing with the items if they were indeed damaged at the time of drop-off? I do believe that they placed these tags in my order after the fact to cover their own asses. Such a shame to see this once great company fail so extraordinarily. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT bring any items that you value to this location.

I am so happy to find an affordable dry cleaner in my neighborhood! The family owned business has a super nice staff, their prices are reasonable, and the quality of the service is fabulous. They have a new regular customer!
