First time at a dry cleaners not recommended by family! My iron broke and I had to take all my clothes in! I came in requesting press-only and Patty was very helpful giving me price break-down and trying to give me the best bang for my buck! Pick-up was super fast and the service was completed overnight! 24 hr turn-around! This place rocks!!! They also found my husbands pocket square in his suit jacket and returned it to me in a little baggie! #realtalk so pleased and worth the expense!

I was intrigued by the soup-nazi possibility of the proprietor dismissing my shoes. When I brought three pairs of shoes (a calf-high boot, an oxford, and a strappy flat) in for heel replacement, I was happy that they made the grade.But so many of you Yelpers refer to the proprietor as an old man. Guys, look more closely! Hes not that old.

Used to LOVE this place, used the Studio City location before moving to Valencia. People the run Valencia have NO idea what theyre doing, lost THREE of my husbands designer shirts with no recourse or reimbursement. Collars are not always clean. Seriously, way over priced and WAY under on service and quality. Stay away!!

I take all my husbands shirts to Flair cleaners. Great service and fast turn around time. The place smells great not like a typical cleaner. I love the free pop corn. If you are looking for a great cleaner use Flair cleaners.

Service is fast but they are pricy. I quit using them after signing up for their VIP club to clean my work-shirts and then found that they unnecessarily charged me for cleaning about 1/3 of the shirts I gave them...
