Was surprised to see the reviews below but I guess things happen beyond our control. My experience with Galaxy Cleaners has been absolutely amazing. Although I will say I have very high expectations and I do articulate them in advance (If you want or expect a level of service you have to ask for it in advance). I do drive all the way from Ventura to drop off clothing. I have tried a number of dry cleaners in my area only to be disappointed. So it was a nice suprise when the owner of Galaxy Cleaners not only had great communication skills but remembered the items that I dropped off. Maybe it was a first time gesture but even put the clothes in my car for me! Most business owners dont listen to concerns let alone go out of their way. Everything from the amount of starch in my husbands laundered shirts to my pleats being just perfect on my trousers. I trusted him with a $700 dress. They smelled amazing and looked like new. Thank you for being a great local and small business :)

Galaxy Cleaners lost an expensive dress of mine. When I picked up my cleaning I noticed they had given me someone elses dress. The nasty owner insisted it was mine. He refused to accept responsibility for the loss. I am only one of many customers who apparently suffered clothing losses by Galaxy. Too bad I didnt know that before I used them.They were reported to the BBB more than once apparently.....

This is the second time Galaxy has promised to finish my dry cleaning by a certain day and not followed through with their word. They say they will do it to take you off the market from other cleaners, then when it comes to picking up your clothes on the day they promised, its never done. I cant continue going to a business without integrity. The owner could care less about losing a customer.

EXCELLENT! I do not know what these other negative reviewers are talking about! Our family has used Galaxy Cleaners for years. The owner is extremely friendly and professional — plus he always remembers your name. Service is first rate (never any problems) and clothes are always ready on time.

Ive been using Galaxy cleaners on a weekly basis for about ten years. Excellent dry cleaners! Always greeted by name with a friendly smile. Clothes always ready when promised. Fair prices and great service.
