The desk lady was very unorganized. I had a very nice shirt disappear and she stated I never left that particular shirt with her for cleaning. I would believe her except for the fact that my main trip to the dry cleaners was for that shirt.I was very upset that I never got my shirt back.The front desk lady did not handle this situation well at all she took the defensive right away, and started rambling off to no end. This business is very sketchy with how they do business I would not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone.

I dropped off 6 tailored shirts for dry cleaning/laundry on a Tuesday; they would be ready for pick up on Saturday. Arrived the following Monday (6 days later) and my cleaning wasnt finished. I came back the next day and only 5 shirts were available. I asked where the 6th shirt was and was told they entered the wrong quantity. My claim ticked was for six, I dropped off six, and now Im being lied to. I would look elsewhere .

The desk lady was very friendly. I dropped off pants to be shorten and one pant to be dry cleaned. All came out oerfect
