DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES!! I brought in a dress to get altered. They said it will take 1 week to complete. It took 2 weeks. When I came to pick up the dress, right away I can tell the dress was messed up. The stitching was horrible, the seams did not aligned, there were hanging threads everywhere, crooked stitching, the dress couldnt zip up and it didnt fit properly. When I pointed out all that was wrong, the son said he will have his mom redo it.That was a mistake! I shouldnt have let her redo it. She obviously doesnt know what she is doing. I was told by the son I was going to get a call that my dress was done the second time around; that was a lie. I never got a call. I had to go there to see if the dress was done. When I looked at the dress the second time around, you could see tiny holes on the dress from when she removed the threads. He told me the dress had to be pressed and the tiny holes wouldnt be visible after that. WRONG! I asked for a refund but he told me he couldnt do that and to come back another time when his mom was there. I returned for the 3rd time to see that the dress was not to my liking. I asked again for a refund but again they refused. I told them if they didnt offered refunds then they should have it posted for their customers to see. They have horrible customer service and dont know what they are doing. The son is VERY rude and does not know how to speak to customers! If I could give them a negative star I would.. they dont deserve a 1 star.

Arrogant and severely incompetent. The lady who runs the place played the language barrier in a rather offensive way when I brought back a sweater were she had applied horribly some elbow patches. I mean misplaced and mis-aligned patches, poor sewing resulting in crooked finish. I wish I could show the pictures of a truly poor job. I even brought a similar sweater to show her a job well done. She refused to reimburse or improve on her work. A very nice Shetland wool sweater is now ruined. This after my wife and I had to go back three times after the supposed ready date.

They gave my clothes to someone else and claimed it was me. When they checked their computer and saw it had never been checked out to me, they still tried to play it off like they gave it to me. Dont go here unless you dont care if your clothes get lost or given to the wrong person!
