Lost my shirts and wont resolve it. Its been a month and Im still getting responses like "were looking, well call you." I JUST got an office job after years of labor work. I dont have dozens of dress shirts or lots of money to replace them. If the issue is resolved, Ill change my rating the day of. Other than this, theyve done great job. Pressing is great, clothes are cleaned and undamaged, but come on...Its $100. Means NOTHING to you and a whole lot to me. Just cop to it and replace my shirts.

Ive had my dry cleaning done here several times now. The work has been excellent. I had some shirts cleaned and the pressing was first rate. Prices are very good with short wait times. Also needed something in a rush and there was no extra charge. They have quite a large volume going through there so they must be doing a lot of things right!

Took my leather jacket in on Feb. 7th to have the zipper replaced was told it would be ready on Feb 24th I called on the 24th it was not ready I was told it would take another week and a half this I found to be unexcitable I picked up my jacket that day, I would not take any garment to them for repair or cleaning

Pristine Cleaners us the penultimate example of world class customer service. I had a faculty dinner to attend on short notice and needed my shirt pressed. The proprietor hand ironed it for me and I made it to my dinner on time!
