DO NOT BRING YOUR ALTERATIONS HERE I brought a very special dress that I have purchased for a wedding to be hemmed. I pinned the area to be hemmed and was very specific about what area of the dress needed to be hemmed. When I picked the dress up a foot of fabric was cut off (the side that was to be left alone, and was not pinned), and the hem job looked like a 10- year old attempted to sew a hem. It was horrendous. There are no words to explain the devastation, not to mention the cost of the dress that now looked like a cheer-leader would wear it. I feel strongly that the alterations team is incompetent. Professional seamstresses know how to sew a hem in a dress, and would never cut-off a foot of fabric (that was not pinned) without a clear understanding of what the customer wants. I am truly saddened, as this dress was beautiful. I was refunded 25 dollars, but the loss was 125$ and now I need to find a dress in less than a week. Please learn from my mistake. Do not bring your important items here to be altered.

I brought a sweater in to have a button hole made. I had already sewn the button on so they could gauge the correct size of the hole needed. They cut the hole way to large then tried to fix it, not successfully. The rest of the buttonhole looks like a six year old did it. The sweater is ruined if I cannot figure out with the help of the internet a way to repair it. The buttonhole is one hot mess! DO NOT TAKE ANY GARMENT HERE FOR ALTERATIONS!!!
