Worst experience ever at a cleaners. Ruined my silk drapes. Large hole is the bottom on one drape panel. Also was very specific on what was on the drapes and wanted to know if it would come clean before i would have them cleaned. Lady at the desk said no problem and said the only thing that would not come out was pet urine. Well needless to say spots didnt come out and infact looked worse than when i dropped them off. Lady then says i thought they were oil marks when i told her upfront these were spots form my childrens hands and the curtains were next to the high chairs and the kids would grab them with their hands. Food was odviously on the drapes and was stated as so. The worst part is after they ripped and ruined my drapes they only refunded me $16.00. I have now paid to have my expensive curtains mutilated. Never again i will only now go with west valley cleaners next to Safeway!!! So unless you want to pay to be lied to and your items ruined go somewhere else!!!
