Tal Orion was an integrate contributor in every facet of planning our wedding on September 1, 2013. We met Tal a year before our wedding and from the first meeting we immediately clicked as she exuded warmth, professionalism and poise. She came in with a lot of great ideas, but more importantly she listened to our wants and needs and really got to know us as a couple. She helped create our vision of our special day. Tal immediately had a list of referrals for us from DJ, caterers, florists, photographers, even down to makeup and hair. She took the initiative to set up meetings and planned them wherever it was most convenient for us (usually in the comfort of our own home). She was always on time, if not early, to ever meeting and was always organized. Tal was prepared with questions that we may not have thought to ask, and was our note taker to remember what was discussed at meetings. Tal kept us organized with to do lists, timelines, and she created vendor lists of contact information, timetable for day of, and ceremony order for those involved. Her time management skills were invaluable and she was always available to us at any time via phone, texts and emails. She was gracious and clear in her dealings with all parties involved in the wedding (i.e., vendors, parents, Rabbi, venue, etc.). She held meetings with most of our vendors at the venue before the wedding to review placements and details. She was involved in dealing with our caterer and making sure our contracts were correct and clear to us. Tal ran the day of our wedding flawlessly and effortlessly. She managed to create an elegant event that truly represented us, and she did it within our tight budget. If there were any challenges the day of the wedding, we did not know about them or were at ease that Tal would be there to fix them. She allowed us to have a magical night to enjoy with all our friends and family. What sets Tal apart and made us appreciate her as much more than just our wedding planner was her warmth, love and passion for what she does and getting to know us as a couple and not just her clients. Without exaggeration, we owe our wedding day success to Tal. We would recommend Tal without hesitation to anyone looking for an event planner.

Eight months before her wedding, I started helping my daughter, Eden, the planning of her dream day. I didn’t realize at that time that there are so many details involved and I thought that it was very simple to put it together and that it would be no problem for me to do it all on my own. About four months before the wedding , after wondering from place to place, I started looking for help because it was overwhelming!! An angel introduced me to Tal Orion. I was skeptical at first because Tal promised to take care of all the long list of details, for a reasonable price, and told me to give her a chance to set things up and promised to work with a budget that I insisted she couldn’t exceed. Before making any commitment, Tal organized meetings with caterers and lined up meetings with DJs, rentals and other vendors and started pointing out more key elements that we had to think about and execute. I immediately trusted her and my instincts told me to go with her with no fear. I am so glad I followed my instincts. I found that Tal is very organized , detail oriented and approaches all sensitive situations with warmth and love. She is very generous with her time, always prompt and ready to take the next task. If you are in a situation where you need help with your event, I would urge you to consider Tal Orion as she delivered the most vibrant , exciting, elegant and remarkable wedding I could have ever dreamed off and she made all my daughter’s dreams come true. Seriously I cant say enough how thankful I am to have Tal by my side on my wedding day. My wedding was in September and I hired her in April. From our first meeting I knew instantly she was THE ONE. I hired her for day of coordination but we were in contact a lot throughout the 7 month planning process. She always answered my emails with all questions I had regarding decor, invitations, etc. I always appreciated having her opinion and it was great to be able to contact her.   In the month before the wedding I knew she would have everything completely under control. She created an awesome and extremely detailed timeline for the whole day and emailed it to all my vendors.   On the day of the wedding she had everything under control. Her assistant was at the hotel where all our guests were staying making sure everything was good with the shuttles which was great because that was a huge concern of mine. All my other vendors and my wedding party kept coming up to me and telling me how great she was! I knew she was doing a good job since no one was coming to me with any questions/concerns and you have no idea how relieving that is. I am a micromanager but with her I didnt need to be!   The most amazing part was when my wedding party arrived at the venue we realized that my phone was left at the hair salon. Tals assistant drove all the way there and back to get it for me!! Now if thats not dedication, I dont know what is.   You guys were great! My father and I started to plan my wedding and about 4 months into it we realized it was just too much work to do all by ourselves. We crossed paths with Tal and she joined this fun, crazy at times, exciting experience and really steered us in the appropriate direction. She brought things to our attention that we never gave any thought to and having her on our team made us feel confident and relaxed. Tal is extremely organized and has a classy and elegant way of working. She will go that extra mile as she did many times for me. Shes dedicated and all that she does is done with love and care. There is SO much information to remember and theres so many things to do while planning a wedding, it really comforting to know that everything is being taken care of incase you may forget. The whole event took about 8 months to plan and when we met half way into the whole thing, she was there for every step of the way. I wish we met sooner but Im grateful for the time we had with her. The turn out to my wedding was beyond what I ever imagined it to be and we couldnt have pulled it off without the help of Tal. Thanks again! We LOVE you!!!

The absolute BEST event planner!!!! Tal put so much effort into planning my sons bar mitzvah, and put all her heart into it as if it was her own event. I am So glad I found Tal, she took care of every single thing down to the smallest detail and did it with great perfection!!! Our guests where amazed by how beautiful everything looked and by how well organized the entire evening was. We received nonstop phone calls, texts and emails from our guest all praising how amazing the Bar Mitzvah was. Thanks to Tal, her amazing planing skills and capturing personality, I really enjoyed our event and felt worry-free, because I knew I can totally trust her.
