HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!! Id rather give a no star rating than even one. They are the most undependable caterers I have ever dealt with in my life! We met with her 3 times before our daughters wedding and she never wrote anything down so we constantly had to remind her of what she said she was going to pick up for us and what she was going to do for us so I guess I shouldnt have been surprised when in the end we frantically were running around doing things ourselves. She was supposed to pick up our rental china for us that we had paid her to do and while we were getting pictures taken we got a call from the rental company telling us they were about to close and our china had never been picked up! It was supposed to have been picked up the night before. So my husband had to LEAVE THE PICTURES to go pick it up himself. They were also supposed to be at our reception site at 3:30 and never got there till 5:30, after many of our guests were already there. One of our guests jumped in to help them get set up so they werent quite so late but they were still about 40 minutes late with dinner which of course delayed everything else from that point on. The only explanation was thered been a "glitch". We suspect they double-booked. Then by the time my husband and I ate they were out of a few things even though we were told there would be lots of left-overs for us to take home. We didnt get a single scrap. The next day, while we still had a houseful of company we were supposed to return the tablecloths wed rented from them and when we got to their place, at the designated time, nobody was home. We called several times and went back a couple of times because we were told wed be charged if they werent returned that day. Finally we got a call back, after having been there twice before, and were told they were there then. We were told theyd "make it right by us" for the whole fiasco so we expected a sizable refund when all they did was refund us the $40.00 we had paid them to pick up our china! It was a nightmare from start to finish and created about a million times the stress as it did when I made all the food for two other daughters weddings. I cant believe they are still in business!

Attended a wedding at Sawyer House on Sat, June 9th where every detail was perfection with one glaring exception: the catering. First problem: they were serving a pasta bar and they RAN OUT of alfredo sauce. FAIL Second problem: the servers used their bare hands to dish out the food. GROSS AND A HUGE FAIL Third problem: the servers were so angry that they acted like serving the guests food was a burden. MAJOR FAIL I have coordinated events and worked with caterers for years and I would warn a bride, an event planner, or anyone wanting reliable customer service away from this hell hole. And frankly, I would share my first hand experience with anyone who would like to contact me because its the Gods honest truth.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I meet with her at least three times and went over every detail of my wedding. She seemed very professional and I thought since she cost a lot of money that she would be great. She was supposed to make all the food and do all the decorating. Instead my family ended up doing all the decorating, the food was cold, and she had the nerve to ask for more money! It was a devastating experience on one of the most important days of my life. She puts on a good face when you first meet her but do not be fooled, she even took a photo next to the table MY FAMILY DECORATED, to use for her album. :(

I attended a wedding in September that was catered by them. I found that the food was absoutley delicious. They had plenty of food and did not skimp on their portions whatsoever. My husband even had seconds. They also did the planning and decor. Which was beautiful. I have seen several pictures and they all turned out lovely. Would recommend them to anybody for their event.

All of the staff was friendly on top of things and the food line went very smooth for my wedding. Everything was perfect about this company and I hope everyone gets a change to expeirence you guys for their wedding. Thank you so much!
