RENTER BEWARE !! The BBQs have no lid OR air flow, they do not cook well and take a very long time. it took hours for our chicken, ribs and tri tip to cook. everyone was starving at my party. I have never used or seen a BBQ with no lid. .maybe thats a first for me but they do not do the job I was expecting, They also sent us with an ice chest that was broken - no plug and the straps were not connected . Not to mention they didnt want to give us the time of day when we walked in their establishment to check out equipment , talked to Sharon about my concerns after this was said and done.. turns out she is the one who helped us initially, she didnt really care we were disappointed with their products or services - she also claims she is the owner, and tried to say we could have called to get another ice chest (like we have time to run back and forth) and..that its stated in the "contract" if there were any problems to contact then. ..I think she meant our receipt as we never signed a contract, OR we could have found that info online she said.. so I should have done my research and she doesnt feel obligated to provide that information, as she certainly didnt offer any of that information the time of rental -payment or pickup. I cant find this information online.. will never be giving this place my business again. So dissatisfied

We have rented party tables, chairs and linens for over 3 years now. The items we need are always in stock, the rental return policy more than fair, and the customer service has been wonderful. I love the fact that they help you load and unload the rented items when you come to pick up. Weve always been satisfied with the prices and quality of the products. The new location is much better as well :)
