I have never really been compelled to leave a review, however after today, I feel that if I dont it is not fair to others. For starters, their prices are unnecessary and unrealistic. I asked for a hand wash which was 40 dollars- okay...I asked what is included and was told just the interior vacuum and glass cleaned and the obvious exterior hand wash. I used to get a hand wash and interior protectant and leather cleaned for 25-30.... When I asked her about leather she said it would be 45 more= 85?! No thanks. The guys took about 15 minutes just to pull the car into the bay to wash it. From there it was disappointment after disappointment. There were smudges that were previously not on the outside of my window. When I went to the guy who washed it, he seemed like I was asking for him to wash the car again with a toothbrush. I pointed and one smudge and said there are a ton all over the window, do you have a towel. I offered to wipe them off myself but he just wiped it. Then he said okay and gave me a vacant expression. I said its on all windows, not just the one smudge- at this point I literally had to point out every single one and then take a towel to wipe it down. Then the tires, the kid detailing the tires looked like he was spraying windex on them..its definitely a horrible quality tire conditioner and does not stay on. After the wash and before I left, it was impossible to tell the tires had been conditioned. I gave him a more than adequate tip for the service but honestly, this is not worth anyones time or money. You dont get what you are paying for and Yes it is a high traffic place but I think their business motto is quantity not quality. I only gave it 1 star because if I put 2, it wouldnt bring the average of 3.1 down far enough. 3 stars is misleading. I will admit that I am a harsher critic than most when it comes to attention to detail and quality, but I believe in buying quality, and this is definitely a place I will never go to again.

Terrible customer service! I said no thank you to the "courtesy" window inspector Jeff, as he approached my car today, to save him from going trough his spiel about how they will repair chips and save me from having to listen to it. But he wouldnt just move on. Ended up in a yelling battle with him, the highlights of which are me thinking they were going to treat my car badly and looking around to see if I could get out of line and leave at which time Jeff screams at me "you wanna leave?" And goes to the car behind me seeming to see if they could move so I could go. I stay and talk to the woman who checks you in and asks what kind of wash you want. She goes to get a manager. In the meantime, I see Jeff go to the vacuum people and hear him say "that Volkswagen over there." At this point Im really concerned about what they will do with my car but the manager is on his way out so I feel ok. The manager comes out. I explain what happened. Two seconds after I say, "I understand why they do the inspections, but Ive heard it before and I didnt need or want the inspection, I just want to get my car washed" the manager, who has not apologized at all, begins to tell me about why they offer the inspection which I just said and which obviously is not at all the point. I yanked the ticket off my windshield and drove off. Ive had half assed car washes there sometimes in the many years Ive been a customer there but everyone has always been friendly and helpful. Clearly thats not really the case. I will never go again. And I will continue to tell everyone I know not to. And, if you do go, be careful what you say because who knows what they will do to your car. In 2015, when there are so many options for where to spend your money, companies are very shortsighted to think treating customers badly is a good idea.

This car wash is very near my house and I find myself going here quite often (maybe twice a month) and spending $60 plus for their best wash + cleaning the floor-mats X 4 (and I only have 3), + upcharge for my crew-cab truck. I (pretty much every time that I am there) have to point out the things that were not done at all that I paid for and / or they dont do a very good job. They quickly do what is asked and recognize that they should have done it right the first time but.... I get tired of asking. I am sure it is tough asking employees to do everything that is required of them but cmon, washing cars is what you should be good at, is what you do. Implement some sort of methodical process that empowers employees to do the job correctly the first time and dont call my name until it is done. I really dont want to be the JERK with tip in hand that tells people that they are not doing a good job. It seems like the employees have designated jobs (windows, tires etc.) Outside of the vacuuming and garage area it is chaos. Hire a manager that knows what they are doing and this place could change my typical wait from 15 - 30 minutes to half that time. I want this place to be good but..... as of December 22, 2016 they just arent. Maybe I am being too picky but for $60 dollars I think that my expectations are not unrealistic.

Worst place... Went in today and paid $25.95 plus a $5 tip.... Told them there was a lot of dog hair, they said dont worry about it well get it... Okay,..I go into pay and the lady at the register is nasty, I go out front to wait ... I go shopping across the street and go to put my groceries in and theres dog hair all over the back of the seats and all over the back of the jeep... I take it back and was rudely told the guys yelled at him for not charging me more... How much more money did they want???? The wash was also not great.. Very bad job on all accounts... Then as Im getting back into the car I hear the one saying to the other, its woman like her that sit home all day..... What does that even mean??? Its women like me that they have jobs... I always clean the car myself but today I thought Id treat the car and myself, never again... Not there... Someone should be watching over there employees there... Wont be back We have a restaurant in Florida we treated customers like that we wouldnt be in business 25 years people really take no pride in their work anymore... And these werent kids, they were grown older white men.... and they seemed nice enough... I go across the street to king so opera

This is the 3rd time that I have went to this location as it is close to my house, but they never seem to get it right, $21.95 for a good wash and clean which I do not mind paying, but do expect that once they are done with the car it will be 95% right, the back bumper was still dirty, the inside was not cleaned very well at all still had everyday crumbs on the middle seat, the dash was not very clean at all. I then get home and open the trunk and find out that it was not even touched, it was empty so no excuses so I thought. I called the store asked to speak to a manager within 10 minutes of leaving the store, was put on hold for 3 minutes then was told the manager could not take my call and if I wanted to leave my number I could, I then inquired about for 21.95 why my trunk was not cleaned and was told in short it was my job to request that service. I guess I must be spolied with Waterworks as I have NEVER had to 2nd guess their work. I did get a buy one get one free coupon during my visit, but why bother if they cant get it right.
