Hey guys news flash when paying 25 dollars for a car wash here the workers there only have 5-7 minutes to work on your car not 10 not 15 not 20 cleaning rims (and actually getting them clean) takes at least 10minutes alone so stop complaining dont blame the workers and if any of you guys have ever worked an outside job once in your pretty little lives which i doubt then you would also know that its not fun it wheres on your bodey and you feel really crappy (doesnt give them an excuse to yell at customers) but also just be weary even the Slightest attitude is not reccommended if they missed something just go back and and ask to speak to manager show them your reciept and politely ask and point out what you feel like we missed instead of juat assuming its part of your pathetic 25 dollar car wash you want us to do a REALLY NICE job on your car pay for a detail i reccomend the super clean but just fyi we focous on the plastic paneling so if you have carpets those dont get touched if you want everything looking brand new get all of our details im sorry your car isnt gonna look BRAND new when you pay 25 dollars at a super old car wash not to mention these guys working on your cars in 85-100 degree weather are only getting paid 9.50 an hour now tell me if you had a job where you had to even just stand in the heat all day (like the cunstruction workers who just hold a sign all day) even they expect to get paid 11.50 an hour and we actually work hard so all you people posting these nasty posts about how terrible the workers are take this into consideration not only do they get the attitude and the backlash from you guys the customer being upset and what not then they get yelled at for it by the owners and they work in the heat all day long so please try to be a little bit more understanding that the workers are just the little guys

INCREDIBLE! Seriously, incredible. I pulled in with a Dodge Neon I had recently bought from an old roommate. He more or less lived out of this car for 6 years - not in the homeless sense but in the neverending-fast-food-and-candybar-wrappers sense. He had also never so much as wiped down the dashboard. There was mold in the carpets, stains everywhere, dirt and grime on every conceivable surface - the car was DISGUSTING. I took it into Riverboat because its close to where I live. I got the $118 complete package, and I cannot explain how detailed these guys got. Every single surface, down to the bottoms of the seats, was SPOTLESS. It literally went from being totally gross to looking like it had just rolled out of a dealership in about 2 hours. Mind blown, worth every penny and more. Service was great, friendly crew of guys who clearly work hard, no BS. Cant recommend this place highly enough, especially for real deep cleans. Thanks Riverboat!

First off, this Company has been systematically ripping off consumers for well over one year. Their signs advertise a tire shine service included in the automatic wash. This service cost three dollars as an add-on service. However up until April 2016 the tire shine equipment has not been working in the automatic tunnel. Numerous Alerts to staff have always been met with surprise and dismay or denial. This means that every consumer who has purchased a automatic wash and expected a tire shine service which is valued at three dollars, has not received that service for well over one year. Secondly, their equipment has consistently been scratching the right rear door of my vehicle on every pass. It is taken some time to identify what the source of the scratch was. However when I suggested that it might be their equipment, I was met with a stern denial. If you like being ripped off and if you like having your vehicle damaged-this is your place!

This was the biggest waste of $25 I have ever spent. The car wash was okay, but the employees were EXTREMELY rude. They all had bad attitudes, smug looks on their faces, they did a pathetic job drying my car, they didnt put my floor mats back properly, but instead just threw them back in the car. I was waiting for them to come vacuum after the wash, still sitting in my car, and when they FINALLY came over one of them yelled to the others, "Get him out of there!" instead of politely asking me to get out so they could vacuum. My back Window is no cleaner than when I went in. Its full of streaks from a poor dry job, and my windshield wasnt much better. I would never recommend this place. Finish Line car wash and detail services do a much better job and theyre a lot more friendly. So, if you want a good car wash go to finish line. Terrible customer service.

Ripped Off!!! This is hands down the worse car wash in Denver. They are implementing some bullshit business model that requires you to do half the work (the inside) while they do the outside for $12.99. However, they will gladly do the whole car, inside and out and the wheels and tires for $25.99, or so they say...I paid the extra money and they didnt clean the wheels or the inside of the car. It was mess. The outside looked terrible as well. When I told the manager of the problem she couldnt seem to get it resolved with the non-english speaking head of car wash operations who yelled at her in Spanish. The manager then turned to me and told me the opposite of what she told me when I purchased the wash. Apparently, it was easier to rip me off than to manage her irate employee.

I have a voucher from a car repair and I can not get a hold of anyone over the phone. I have called at least ten times today and the voicemail box is not set up so I can not even leave a message. My voucher expires today and I wanted to see if I could get it extended as I have been very busy working. I am frustrated and because of this there is no way I would ever go as a paying customer on my own dime to get my car washed there. I called another site and no one answered either. The options are leave a message or email them. If this is how they are towards new customers, makes me wonder how the treat there repeat customers.

I would put -3 Stars if I could. Unlimited for $20 for one month was a good deal. So I went ahead and signed up. And then I use the car wash every single day so that I could give you and accurate review. In 20 days we have been in a collision inside the tunnel, i was denied service on five occasions (in 20 days). The top of my car has been scratched from front to back. The employees here look like big time drug addict drunks. trash. Just saying would be nice if even one of have you guys would put on some kind of hygiene or shave before you went to work. Theres an Oompa Loompa working the entrance I cant stand to look at her.

Car Shute has oversized wall damages passenger mirrors everywash, owner has local monopoly 4 locations, if you spend small money on wash you get half ass service at all their locations. If your truck is still dirty they say not rewashing it, spend more than 8.00. I purchase minimum of 7 washes a week per Rig. When they see livery plates, the staff treats us like chit. I Had trim ripped off a new truck in the wash the manager watched it happen and came over and said we will pay 25.00 for its replacement and its a 130.00 part. Worst part I still do regular bussiness with them, because they own all the washes near my bussiness.
