When I arrived at the WaterWay car wash and gas station my eyes drank from the pool of beauty at the amazing sight; the cars glistening under the hand towels of smiling faces. I pulled up to an open gas pump to let my metal steed nourish itself with the precious gasoline, for a very reasonable price, as I put on the gas cap a very astute and charming young man approached me. "Good afternoon sir!" He said to me with much gusto and with the greatest look of respect in his eyes. I was more than pleased with his excellent service already, and the experience was just beginning. He made some kind small talk before offering me a car wash service. At first I was skeptical, but the young mans amazing people skills and the over all professionalism of the entire establishment convinced me. I exclaimed, "what a splendid idea!" The young attendant looked very pleased. I asked him, "now young man, what car wash services do you have to offer?" Without any hesitation he gave me the description of each and every car wash. However, I could not resist the allure of the "Whole Thing". As if meeting your soul mate he described what would be done to my beautiful steed otherwise known as a Honda CR-V. The Honda would be gently carried down the wash tunnel where her beautiful metallic body would be washed and lathered in soap, upon exiting the tunnel two charismatic and hard working "Line Associates" would hand dry, yes, hand dry, my beautiful piece of machinery. Almost ceremoniously, the line associates would then lather my tire in a beautiful tire shine, making them appear as black as the pupils of a goddess, they then shined the rims carefully and with precision. Just when I thought the enchanting experience was over, the line associates entered my car vacuuming and cleaning my windows to perfection. One of the young lads then spun a towel over his head and called out, "Honda, ready!" I walked to my car as if carried by angels. I looked over my mechanical wonder and was filled with glee as I could tell, they had thought of everything, nothing had went unnoticed. I took out my pocket book, and pulled out a crisp $20 bill. I handed it to one of the young boys who thanked me for my business. I have never in my life been so satisfied with a service, and for such a reasonable price. The rating of this magnificent business could only be described as a 5/5, a perfect score!

I hit my blinker and turn into the car wash, the sun glistened through my windshield as summer was blending perfectly into autumn. I looked at my wife, "Honey," I said, "were getting a car wash today." "You do want you want, sweetie. You know Ill support you know matter what," she replied matter-of-factly. I loved that about her. We pulled up to the gas pump, and a lovely attendant helped as with our gas. "How are you today, sir?" I replied as youd expect, we managed some small talk and narrowed down the correct wash for my wife and I. It was called the Whole Thing. Oh how wonderful that wash is! Oh how grand and magnificent, my feelings towards this car wash and its employees are ineffable. But I must tell you the story dearest reader, please continue. We entered the shoot where the cars line up patiently waiting to wash. Pamela, my wife, turned on the radio, and to our pleasant surprise Billy Idols "White Wedding" played. It brought me back to our wedding night, if you must know, Pamela - the fire of my loins - walked down the aisle to that very song. As the song concluded, our car was driven into the magical abyss some call the wash tunnel. Approximately forty-five seconds later, our 2003 Subaru Forester forfeited its car wash virginity to the workers at Waterway. A single tear left my eye. "Subaru. Ready!" the worker called for our car with a tone of jubilance even the most depressed would find pleasure in hearing. I called for my wife who studied the wide array of cards Waterway has on stock. Outside, the wind whistled and clouds stirred, a storm was brewing late in the afternoon, but nothing could break our happiness. "Is there anything I could touch up for you?" "No were all set." I handed the line associate the $20 tip. Thats right $20. Twenty big ones. My Subaru - the light of my life, but not the fire of my loins, thats Pamela, remember - sat clean and pure. We left the car wash and I have yet to go back. I fear nothing will top the heavenly experience I had that fall day. God bless Waterway.

Live near here. Constant turnover of employees. I was a loyal customer and they usually treat you well, with respect. But with the high turnover (new employees weekly), I assume management goes astray. The last time I went in, I used a free wash after a rainstorm. I paid $22.00 the day before, tipped $10, got the 2nd from the best, which had a special clear coat wax, undercarriage cleaner, tire conditioner and full vacuum. So when I went back within 24 hours to get my free wash, they put me down for the worst wash, with no tire dressing and none of the special waxes. I knew there was no vacuum and didnt need it. The WORST part of it, is they pulled my car out, left it there for 10 minutes drying with sun spots on it, and everyone ignored it. I had to walk over and dry it myself and many saw me doing it but didnt offer to help. I proceeded to grab the tire dressing sponge and used that too. What the hell. So I would not recommend this place for their lack of loyalty to their customers. If you love your car and you are the type of person that tips well and expects that you are remembered and taken care of, dont waste your time here. I was VERY disappointed and will never go there again, no matter how convenient it was to my proximity.

Worst in Denver yet. Very, very slow, and absolutely not clean by any standard. I think they wipe the front window where you look through it so youll think its clean, but heres the list I made while completing the job after returning home - took me 35 more minutes. This is a list of things they DID NOT CLEAN: 1. Entire front end - grill, ornament, lower section, light covers, license plate, fog lights - absolutely nothing. 2. Wheels - not touched, and I paid $5 extra for the service. 3. Door jambs - none of the 4 were touched. 4. Body on all sides - looked like a $2 drive through wash. 5. Windshield, back window, wipers - all filthy. 6. Entire back end - body, lights, license plate, lower section - nothing 7. Both side mirrors, frames and glass. 8. Interior not wiped. 9. Seat moved significantly, I guess so it would seem like work was done. 10. Vacuum left significant dirt, entire rear section untouched. I paid $30, driving a 2012 BMW X5 I am not able to give zero stars using this rating system, or I would...

Got the full service wash which includes outside and vacuum inside with windows inside and out and wipe down of dash and middle counsel. Only half the inside of my front windshield was wiped you could still see the dirt all across the bottom. Also looks as if they didnt even thouch wiping down anything on the dash dust particles still in spots and the middles counsel and area where ac buttons are was still full of dust they didnt even touch it. I went back the next day showed the manager he took it back to the vacuum area. They took my floor mats over to the power washer as well as many others cars which I didnt see done not once the day before. The day before they were a lot busier but still. When I got called over to look at it the window was still the same still half dirty so I asked for the rag and did it myself. Everything else was done much better but I felt each time they were in a big hurry.
