**** UPDATE **** Amy, the General Manager, absolutely made this right. She reached out to me via Facebook the next day, and made arrangements for us to bring both of our vehicles in at a time that worked for us, and had her team do an awesome job both inside and out on our cars. They havent looked this good in years! Things happen in business, and no company or person is perfect, but what sets a service apart is how they take care of customers even when the imperfection happens. Amy personified this, and I couldnt be happier. **** ORIGINAL POST **** Our friends bought us a gift certificate for "The Max," after their daughter got sick in our van, and when I came on a Monday morning at 10:30, I was told they couldnt do it "because of staffing." This was as at least 3 employees were standing around looking at the eclipse, and not a single car was in process. When I went in to speak with the manager (Karen?), I was again told about staffing issues. When I asked to make an appointment, I was told they dont take appointments, and that I would "just have to come by," and "hope" they "might" be able to get it done "in a few hours." So, I just have to cross my fingers and "come by" every so often whenever I have "a few hours" extra. How ridiculous and frustrating.

The only reason i come to this place is because i was given a 6 month unlimited wash pass as a present for christmas. Unfortunately the high school kids they have working here have no clue how to properly clean a car. First off the actual was wash tunnel is very short and cant get your car clean if its dirty at all so sometimes a 2nd runthrough is necessary (thus adding another 30min of wait time for your car to be clean). Everytime ive been in theres always something i notice as i drive away or get home. You think for waiting 30min to an hour for a car wash your car would be pretty damn clean? WRONG! Their motto is "we strive for clean windows"....well then why does every single one of my windows have streaks all over it still? also if you ever choose to just get the express ride through wash and not the full service, be prepared to bring your own towels to dry your car because it will still be soaked & dripping in water and if you drive off like that you will have a dirty car again thanks to all the water spots that dry......once this 6 month pass is up im done for good, NEVER GO HERE! I cant believe people bring their 100k+ cars here to get washed by a bunch of amateur high schoolers who have hardly even driven a car for long...

I went to Waterway on Quebec and the manager Eric was very rude. I had gotten my care wash at the Parker location requesting the $33.00 car wash and was very happy. The wash came with a silly piece of paper with some scent on it. They gave me one for the front and one for the back. Since the one on Quebec was much closer to my house, I went there. When I went to get my scent this time I was told I could only have one. They couldnt cost more than a penny. I wanted to point out to, to the manager, that although I understood, it wouldnt have taken much to make a customer happy. Eric, the manager said I could the little sheet for $2.00 dollars. They were selling the ones that last a month for three. All that costed you a customer. Remember, customer service is easy, being an jerk takes practice! On a good note, the young men that cleaned my car were awesome.

Love how the employees clean your car for you. This place tries very hard to clean everything they can as fast as they can. If you think this place is slow you have to realize that in the end your not the one who has to be the one putting in the labor yourself of the time to vacuum, wipe the windows and plastic, and tires after the wash. Keep in mind I notice their vacuums can only do so much so if your not satisfied just tell the people who are working on your car to just touch up a bit with a brush for dog hair. I love their snacks and drinks too! Its a shame that this place gets a lot of hate but I believe the Lone Tree Waterway is the best Car Wash in town because it relies on human labor (meaning you can ask these people to touch up on things like tire rims, bugs, and vacuuming). Thank You so much for cleaning my car! :)

*** I wouldnt let them clean my roller skates... for free. *** I paid $33 for "the works" car wash. When I drove away it was clear the dashboard had not been touched. I pulled back in. I grabbed one of the 12 kids standing around and, with a poor attitude, he made a cursory pass over the dash. I grabbed a rag and started cleaning with him. 30 seconds later he walked away while I was still cleaning. I asked for the manager and my money back after showing him the back had still not been vacuumed. He offered me a coupon. So I could come back for another crappy wash. I declined. Then I had to go find him again later and ask if I could get the back vacuumed. COMPLETE waste of my time and money. If it was possible to leave a 0-star review, it would still be too generous.

I went there a few weeks ago and my car came out of the wash with scratches all over the hood of my car I noticed the next day and because I didnt notice right then I didnt report it to them I went back today and told them I wanted to pay for a full service but DID NOT want them to send my car through the wash because of what had already happened the kid looked at me and said we didnt do that and no we will not just vacuum the car! Very rude service I think I will need to have the cameras go back to when my car went through and show them it made the scratches and THEY NEED TO PAY FOR IT.... NEXT TIME maybe they will allow someone to pay for a vacuum after they had already messed up their car!! This place is horrible!!!

This place used to be good and my car would actually be clean when they were done.. Sadly this place has gone down hill and for how busy they are it is shocking how poorly of a job they do. I had to ask them to redo some spots and the highschool kid that was working did grab a (very dirty looking) rag and swiped the spot I asked him to retouch.. However nothing changed on to spot I asked him to wipe again. Waste of 16$ for the car wash. Very unhappy, would like to give negative stars.. Looking at other reviews from this place lately seems like this is how everyone else is feeling also.. Will never go here again.

Wow. I cant believe these negative reviews. Ive been a Car Club Member since they opened the Waterway on Quebec, and I can honestly say Ive never had a bad experience. They do a fantastic job on the exterior and interior and are always more than happy to do a few extras, like wiping down the dash, etc. I HIGHLY recommend the Waterway on Quebec, but I can see the same company in Cherry Creek (Denver) is the exact opposite. These people are rude, they almost seem to look down on you, and have poor attitudes. Those are the only two Ive used, but again, Quebec is awesome.
