After paying for a "Deluxe" Wash the car was being hand dryed when I asked the employee, who happened to be the manager, to please use some product on a small one inch grease mark on the body above the tire. He replied that I would have to pay for a detail and that they had nothing that would take it out. I suggested they spray one of their solvents on it and he replied that only a wax or detail would work (many additional dollars for those services). I went to grab the bottle of solvent to do it myself and he objected. He then sprayed it and with little effort stated that it would not come off. I used his cloth and with a small bit of pressure removed the mark. He claimed I had used a fingernail to remove the mark which I did not. I then went inside to complain and he followed me in saying that he was the manager and I should leave the premises. I left and then realized that they had not finished drying the car nor had they done any service on the interior including windows or dash. I then called and asked that they cancel my credit card charge which they refused to do. Come on--what ever happened to customer service? I used to go to this place but when it changed hands the service went downhill. I thought I would try them again today but I see that nothing has changed. In fact, the doors and walls are plastered with "NO" this and "NO" that signs. That should give you an indication of where they are coming from.

Frustrated. I chose this place because it had pretty good reviews. The place opens at 8 am and I was there by 8:20 am. I asked for a wash and a detail, given a 25% discount (great!), and quoted at $112.49 after the discount. I was also told it would take two hours, but probably less than two, since it was early in the day (great!). I did not leave until almost 11:20, 3 hours later!!! On top of that, my car is in its 3rd year of a 3 year lease and wasnt very dirty before the detail. When they were done, the exterior had small, white dots that I could easily scrap off with a fingernail. Why wasnt that taken care of as part of the service? For the inside, at first glance, it looked bright and shiny and practically new. But once I truly looked at the dash, console, and windshield, I saw dirt and crumbs in corners and cracks. Isnt that the point of a detail? To eliminate filth from those hard to clean places? It looked like when I get my car swiped down after a "detail" at Waterworks on Broadway. Just very frustrated to have wasted so much time and money. A plus is that the customer service is very polite. Thank you for that.

Went in today had a mini detail done on my Lexus. Their detail prices range from $50-$200+ A lot of times paying more for details does not always equal more quality. One of their main detailers name is Omar, he did a great job shampooing my carpet and cleaning the engine bay. They were very efficient and friendly. Now because of limited space at this carwash, sometimes the line gets backed up where a 20 min carwash could turn into 50 minutes. My advice is to avoid rush hours and weekends. Or leave the car for couple hours and walk across the street for lunch or groceries at king soopers because a good wash/detail takes time. One of the the major reasons I like this place is because their pre hand wash is very through and the tunnel machine wash is not abrasive which is less likely to damage or swirl your paint. Service is much friendlier at this location compared to the Havana location. Monday - Friday 8am-9:30am 2pm-3:30pm has 25% off wash and detailing.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review. I took my brand new 2017 Hyundai here for a wash and I was happy with the service but not the results. I have one large chip in my hood ( was not there before the wash) and multiple scratches in the clear coat as well. How do I know it was the wash? Cause like anyone else when you have a brand new car you look it over constantly. Pretty unhappy with what I have to do now to get it restored. From an operations note they put the sponges and wheel cleaning cloths in the same barrel, so all the garbage from someone elses car sticks to it. This is horrible from any hand wash or detailer perspective which mirrors the results.

They did an absolutely fantastic job with my car. It literally looks better now than the day we bought it, and we bought it Like-New from a dealership. The staff were friendly and polite, and did a solid by not charging extra for having to clean up an extra-messy area of the car. They have a 20% military discount, and they also give specials for coming in during a weekday, so I would recommend trying that if you can. Relatively quick turn-around, only took about two hours to immaculately clean the entire vehicle. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in Denver!!

Overpriced. My husband went and asked how much it would cost to get our Honda CR-V detailed and they told him because it was an SUV, it would cost almost $200. We didnt have any interest in that. On another occasion, I decided I would give them a shot and try the $7 wash, where they pressure wash/scrub it, then drive it through an automatic wash and then wipe it down. My car wasnt covered in any serious dirt or mud, but hadnt been washed in a few months. It was cleaner, but I STILL need to wash my car to get the spots they didnt.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE I waited 5 - 6 minutes for the manager to get off the cell phone. I said I was in a hurry and he promised my overpriced wash would be "done in 18 minutes or less". There were 3 guys available, never more than 1 worked on my car. It was done - poor;y- in 35 minutes. He sold me mat cleaning and then didnt do it. I reminded him and he did the front ones. I asked for them all to be cleaned. He said the back ones would cost me extra. I could tell he enjoyed that one. I am enjoying writing this review.

I have been here once before for a detail and had a good experience. This time I took the car to be detailed (and for $160 and a $20 tip I expect detail.....) and I got the car back partially clean and WET. I had to scrape the inside windshield of my car for days because of the condensation. I took it back and they cleaned it more but still not detailed and when I asked for compensation for my time and inconvenience I was ridiculed. Poor costumer service and attitude and poor job for the money, I will not go again.

Service was not great at all... The outside was okay but the inside of my car looked like nothing was done. Being as though I purchased the top package, I thought air freshener wouldve been sprayed inside of my car...nope! There was dust still inside. There was a stain on the console that could have easily been wiped away. The tires were ashy looking. Ive never had an experience like this when it was under the previous management. My clue...when I pulled up on a Saturday...there was no line! I will not be back!
