Tho Martinizing dry cleaning has above average customer service what happens behind closed doors disturbing the care they take for the close is far below par having worked there I noticed over half the customers that came in had completes about stains not being removed or cloths being destroyed items being lost or just given to the wrong person most people i found had to replaces shirts and pants more then once or even having an item for a few weeks and it still not being cleaned.to begin with they are not on the cheaper end for dry cleaning and you would have better luck taking your cloth somewhere else to have them hemmed or fixed . I you own pets i do not suggest you take your close there they will charger you more for having to clean the hair off and if you have any item they deem to big for the item they will up charge you as well. If you are looking for employment here i wouldnt suggest it they will not train you properly and the managers do not conduct themselves in a professional manner.

When I checked one of my shirts before I left the shop, I noticed the buttons on one of my tailored shirts had nearly disintegrated. I was told there was nothing the person working would do. She claimed that she did not touch the buttons and it was the machine, so not the stores fault. So what? It was your machine. She absolutely refused to do anything about it. I have never been to a dry-cleaning place that did not repair damage that their machines caused. I will never go back to them and even though this may be rare, I would recommend you do NOT chance it with your clothing.

Im not sure how you could find anything bad about this place. The lady that works up front is so nice. My clothes are consistently cleaned to perfection, if I have a small hole in a shirt they fix it. no questions asked! I called on a Saturday afternoon to see when they closed and the lady offered to wait on me to come in even though they had just closed. Point is my husband and I send a lot to the cleaners. Probably 50 items a month. We know a good cleaner from a bad one. Prices are fair and when you have enough cleaned you know what to expect price wise.

Hi!! This place IS terrible. Te owner is so rude and they are charging a lot of money, much more than other places. He was trying to charge me to clean a comforter more than the price that I paid for the new comforter. And then when I told him that I thought that this price was expensive he gave me the comforter and say bye bye, like he was making me go to the store. What a terrible service!!! I never see anything like this before!! Don t go to this place. There are many other places close by with a good service and so much better price. Gemma

I have been taking my clothes to this cleaners for a few years now and I am very pleased with the overall experience. They do an excellent job cleaning my garments and the staff is always courteous and friendly. Also, I recently learned that they offer free delivery service, so Ill be signing up soon.
