USE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION! I Have used them faithfully for 3 years. Through the last terrible owners. Angry, rude, awful people. Theyve been under new management for over a year. The customer service has been better under new management. The last year theyve ruined a custom made Dallas Cowboy hat, Ive found a screw driver jammed in the dryer preventing it from turning, a washer going haywire and having to move washers only to get my quarters not my soap or softener replaced. The last straw was Monday when they stole a dryer of my laundry. I put my clothing in the dryer and went to work. 58mins on each. My husband went to pick them up. He grabbed 4 not 5 of our dryers thinking that was all, because the employee was blocking the other. When I got home from work, just eyeballing the clothes, I told him that wasnt all. He drove back up where he was meet with nasty customer service when asked if one dryer of laundry was removed. Finally he got a "No". I finished folding all the laundry Tuesday and notice an entire load was endeed missing. Went back Wednesday and found 1, 1 of my scrub tops in their lost and found basket. So I grabbed it and walked into the office, without saying a word the employee said, "You can have that." I said "I know, its mine. Wheres everything else?" Being told that there was another top earlier but pretty much that was all there was. Now Im missing at lease a sheet set, towels, scrub tops, socks, my daughters underware, and Lord knows what else. This place has lost my business and Im getting law enforcement involed tomorrow. Point of this experience is USE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION....

The customer service here is so horrible the owner rushes people out and is so disrespectful. He closes whenever he feels like he wants and his wife is just as disrespectful as he is there was an hour to closing and she told someone who had just walked in that they are closed. And he was chasing people around with the mop when it starts snowing.. Im just so disappointed with the business all together I definitely would not recommend this business to anyone.. Just a horrible experience

Horrible horrible horrible. They "cleaned" to sport coats. When I picked them up they reeked of mildew so bad that by the time I got home(6 blocks) my whole car stunk of the musty moldy smell. when I returned I politely told them of the situation and asked for them to reclean or refund. They both proceed to dramatically start yelling at me telling me that they dont smell, telling me to get out, even asking me if Im a lawyer...I dont know why. they must be used to talking to lawyers.

I love this laundromat especially since the got new owners. The old man was very rude if you did something he didnt like. He would actually yell at you and tell you to get out. I never had no problems with him or his wife. I didnt want to get on his bad side but I seen him treat others like crap!

I have given them numerous tries. Theres always something. The time before last, lost clothes. Laundry was wet when I got him, took coat out, zipper was broken. Owner wouldnt do anything! Terrible business ethics. Never recommend
