Gone down hill since Ive been going there. Little by little they have gotten rid of all their better older machines for the low water machines which fool you into thinking your clothes are clean. The new small front load machines have VERY Dark glass on the fronts of them so you cant see how very little water is used to wash your clothes. Just think about, if your clothes are very dirty, you just cannot get them sanitized clean with hardly any water. You need more water to clean clothes properly. Otherwise youre just spreading the dirt around. Also, you just cant put much into the machines because they become off balanced easily. So if you dont watch them, you wont know. Also, you pay extra for hot wash on some of the machines but only get luke warm water. I still go there because they still have some older good machines. Their dryers also never get as hot as they should.

The place may be clean but WTF is wrong with this damn town? Can no one here do Fluff and Fold? I dropped my laundry off, the attendant was nice. My practically brand new tanks came back looking like they were worn by mechanics with nothing else but tanks on. I got a pair of underwear that are not even mIne. I have yet to find one single competent drop off service in this entire inept town. If I have to do laundry thats hours of my time I am not making money. Great well I wont be returning to Southern Give people nasty clothes cross laundry. Dimwitted Jagaloons WTF go dunk your heads in the toilet. YOU OWE ME A PACK OF FRUIT OF THE LOOM XL TANKS!!!! YELP IS NEXT DIMWITS.

Sign says "last load start at 730" arrived at 725..... "open" sign still on. Was told they were closed and I could not start laundry. I told the rude man that the sign says open and last load start at 730, his reply was "by 730 not at 730". I told him its not 730 yet, again he replied "its too late we are closed". I told him that maybe he should change the sign, to which he replied " I should" . He then went inside and turned off open sign. .....I went inside and showed him my phone...the time was 7:29. Attended was lazy, rude and incorrect. He refused service to long time paying costumers. Wont return

Was a loyal customer for years until attendant refuse to refund $1 after dryer failed to dry clothes.He pointed to a sign that said, "Use machines at your own risk!!! NO REFUNDS!" He could care less that I was a long time customer or that he ripped off $1 and wasted my my time. When I said I will never come back and going to place this review on the net he said OK as if he did not care about me or the business. Go somewhere else, anywhere else! The other reviewers must be family or paid friends

Been going here for a couple years as the washers and dryers at my apartment absolutely suck. The attendants Ive encountered over the last several months have been friendly. The last time I was there, the gentleman was happy to break a $10 for me so I wouldnt have to have an extra $8 in quarters in my pocket. Ive been to quite a few laundromats and this is one of the nicer ones as far as machines, staff, and facilities go.

Older lady that works here just stares at you when youre coming and going, and if you try to break the awkward stare by saying "hello" or "thanks have a nice day" she wont respond. I dont care about not being greeted, but if youre rudely staring at a customer as theyre leaving, and they say "have a nice day" to you (isnt that your job?) the least you can do is respond or stop rudely just watching them.

When looking up mats I was inclined to go to this one b/c of the good reviews. Whoever wrote them lie. This place was dirty, the kids area was a joke, there was no Wifi. The machines are over priced and even the same machines have different prices for the same type of load (whites, colors, etc). I will definitely steer away from this place and rather take my business else where.

Started two loads of laundry at same time and one load has two min longer wash time on same setting. Employees are not nice and unhelpful To resolve this problem. When I ask for owners number they gave me the front desk phone number where they are standing. I have been coming here 6 months ever weekend. I will never come back. I will drive outta my way to go somewhere else.

Ive been to plenty other laundromats around town. This one is the best. Always clean. Always staffed. Always has change. Has an area for kids. Lots of washers & dryers from single loaders to six load capabilities. AND free wifi! Only negative is that its always busy. Now I go at 8am when its nice & quiet. :-)

The attendant was very friendly and a great conversationalist. He even offered advice on help my family needs with job openings. Love people that go above and beyond. Washers and dryers did great. Not sketchy or skeezy at all. Very clean, friendly customers, and a kid section. Youll see me back!

Quiet, clean, friendly attendant. The biggest large load washer took about 23 minutes and cost 7.50 for the hot cycle. The large load dryers are .25 for 5-7 minutes depending in heat. Overall good experience but if youre not an xfinity customer youll need to buy the WiFi which isnt that bad.

Excellent laundromat and laundry services. Clean, with television and play area for the kids. Machines in good working order. Two change machines. Friendly attendant who keeps up with any issues immediately. Lots of folding counters, carts and garbage cans. Great place!

Nice and clean. Always someone here if assistance is needed. Great that there is an automatic door especially when carrying a bunch of laundry. Only thing it is one of the $2.25 per washer, dryers are $0.25 for 7 minutes (1st quarter is 6 min).

Very clean and lots of free machines on a Saturday afternoon. Got what would have been 5+ hours of laundry at home done in under 90 minutes and got my phone charged back up too.

Friendly staff, several muti-load washers and dryers, when I went @ 2:40p there werent many people so I had the run of the place (for the most part). Loved it.
