November 4, 2014 Greg Swartz and the Swartz Electric Team, Since we have known Greg Swartz for several years, when we finally decided to look for an electrician to complete some electrical odd jobs around our house, he was the first person we thought of. We fully expected complete professionalism and that is exactly what we received. Our experience started when Greg was “assigned” to provide an estimate for the work we wanted to have done. Greg took great care to protect our home by wearing protective booties while inside. He listened to our plans, asked all the pertinent questions, made points about the work requested, offered advice, and provided an estimate that we found to be reasonable and fair. The Swartz Electric office contacted us promptly to schedule an appointment for the work. They were overly apologetic for the fact that there was a delay of a few weeks before the work could be scheduled. But, we were not alarmed by the delay because we had been postponing the work for a really long time anyway. And, if they had come out the next day, we might have wondered why they did not have any work lined up. It is obvious that they do have a lot of work lined up, and for good reason. They are very good at what they do. Heath arrived on time and was very professional, cordial, and capable. He completed the job quickly and met all of our expectations. Other than the work noise, which could not be avoided, we hardly knew Heath was there. He minimized any structural impacts (electrical access through our sheetrock was necessary), wore protective “booties”, and cleaned up after he completed his work. And, of course, the final examination grade was an A+ when all the completed work proved to be functioning as we anticipated. We give Swartz Electric a “5 STAR” rating and we have absolutely no reservations about recommending Swartz Electric to anyone asking for an electrician. I called and spoke with Mia and explained what I was wanting and the issues that we were experiencing.... she passed my information along to Diane from Swartz Electric who scheduled John to be our electrician... they put me in touch with John and he came over to our home and surveyed the electrical issues that we were experiencing. John & Diane, scheduled the work, ordered all the parts, coordinated the power shut down with local utilities company and had the grounds marked for all services coming to the house, the work permit with the City and when the work was done the inspection. On the day of the job... John along with his colleague Heath, replaced the Electrical Fuse Panel and upgraded our Electrical Fuse Panel and service from 100amp to 150amp. We had additional circuits installed in our home as well as having several circuits moved(split out) to there own circuit-fuse. They performed great work, were courteous, punctual, well organized and also explained all their work and identified a few items that required addressing. Their professional expertise and advise was very helpful in my decision making process for having the electrical work completed in our home. Swartz Electric took great care of us and our new home that we just purchased. Being brand new homeowners, we had no idea who to turn to for electrical help when we needed it a few weeks ago. We saw such great reviews on Google regarding Swartz Electric that we thought wed see if they were available and, boy, are we sure grateful we made that phone call! From the moment we met the owner, Greg, we knew he was a great trustworthy man to get the job done. He came into our house, looked over our situation, explained what our options were and we made the next appointment to get our house back in working order. Jeff N. came out a couple days later and he was truly professional, knowledgeable, efficient and an overall great man who knew exactly what to do and went the extra mile when we asked his opinion about placement of a few things. He got right down there with my husband and said "this is what I would do" and it worked out perfect. We will always call Swartz Electric if we ever need any future help and I would recommend this excellent company to anyone who needs electrical work done for them as well. We hired SWARTZ Electric to hook up our new hot tub and was very pleased with the service. While it was a relatively straightforward task, because the service was already available, Greg himself came to the house to provide an estimate. When the tub arrived, Greg was at the house within an hour and proceeded to connect service to the tub. As fate would have it, we ran a few issues with the water supply and the install went longer than expected. Greg was understanding of the situation and stayed until the problem was resolved. We had a number of interesting conversations along the way and in the end arrived at a economic solution that satisfied both parties. To make things even more interesting, I called Greg back to the house because I thought the heating system was malfunctioning. As it turned out, the system was operating correcting but wasnt configured properly to provide the ability to heat and operate the jets concurrently (a manufacture change from the previous year). In the end, Greg did not apply an additional charge that reflects the character of Greg and the company. I would definitely hire SWARTZ for future work.

Swartz Electric, LLC replaced the electrical panel in our home. In addition, they upgraded the level of service to 200A. We were very pleased with the whole process. The first visit and bid were very professional and prompt. Not only was it clear that they could do the job well, but they also took the time to explain the job so that we both understood what it would take and why things needed to be done. Ken and Rob did the work in the home and they were both fantastic. Clearly, they work well together as a team and have all the knowledge and expertise to do an excellent job. The final product is not only functional, but also well finished and attractive. I know that the panel does not have to look good to work, but that shows an extra level of consideration and eye for detail that is not lost on us. We wanted to say Thank You for the great work and that we will strongly recommend you to family and friends in the area who are looking for any kind of electrical work. This was a job well done – on time, on budget and done right without any hassle! Thanks for the great job you are doing.

wanted to write to you and thank you for the assistance and honesty that your business provided me last week. I had called about some lights and outlets that were not working. I had tried the fuse box and nothing. So, I needed an electrician. I had heard good things about Swartz Electric so I decided to give you a try. The office manager asked me if I had a GFI switch and I said "no". I thought she meant at the receptacle in the bathroom. :) So, she said Robert would come out later that day. Robert gave me a call about 30 minutes later and said "I would love to save you some money and not have to charge you for me coming out there to press a button". He also asked me about a GFI. Again, I said no. He said usually they are in the garage for the year my house was built so I searched high and low and finally found one behind some things hanging on the wall. Sure enough that was the problem. So, thank you for helping me even though you did not financially benefit from it. If necessary I will use you in the future or refer friends to you. Thanks.
