Called Larry at KC Electrical on Tuesday and made an appointment for Thursday at 1PM. He did not show up. I took off work to be home. I called him at 1:30 at which time he told me he "dropped the ball on that deal" because he is going through a divorce. I business transaction is business. Im sorry hes going through a tough time but if he knew he couldnt come out, a phone call would have been appreciated. He did later text and apologize saying he would pay for another electrician to come out from another company, but it is not an issue of money for me. I can afford the installation. What I dont have is time, the appointment is what I wanted honored.

Larry from kc came out and my faulty wiring previously worked on from an earlier contractor which I may add did not do a good job (will not name names) setup an appointment and showed up promptly and worked on the wiring while I went out for a bit. Came back and the job was done right when I got back. I dont really review a lot but when I do, its for great service and that is what I got from kc electric.

I made an appointment 10 days ago and took off work to be home today. Larry was a no show, no call, and didnt return my voice mail when I couldnt get him to answer the phone. He has set back my project a week while I find an electrician who is actually interested in work. If you need work done you need to look elsewhere. Dont let the one star fool you ...he didnt earn it.

Nice Work KC Electrical showed up on time for a panel upgrade.They got it all done in one day and cleaned up like they were never there.Highly recommended.
