I had these guys come out to my home for a simple outdoor light installation. When they did their inspection they found that I had a Federal Pacific panel which I later found out was a fire hazard after looking it up on google. The technician was very nice and professional. He explained everything in great detail so that I could understand what the problems were with my home. After he explained their warranties and 100% satisfaction guarantee he also explained that they are not the cheapest guy out there but they are the best. With this experience, I agree that they are the best! Their customer service was refreshingly awesome! I will always pay more for great customer service, accountability, and peice of mind. I spent over $10K with Mister Sparky and I feel great about it. My familys safety is the most important thing in the world, and I would do it all over again. You definately get what you pay for!!! Here is the part that blew me away. The technician said it didnt matter how much I spent with him, he would have treated me exactly the same even if the repair was $100 bucks! He even asked me at the end of the visit if I was 100% satisfied. When I said yes, his reply was "If you were not 100% satisfied, I would want to know what I could do to make you 100% satisfied." It is hard to find honest companies that do things the right way. I hope other companies follow Mister Sparkys lead.

I found the technicians that visited to be professional and courteous. I found them to be highly skilled and well versed. The techs examined my system and spent approximately 10 minutes replacing an 8 inch length of wire to temporarily get my house up and running. I absolutely appreciate that of them. They then began to work up an estimate for a complete house rewire. The estimate workup took approximately 38 minutes and ranged from 10 thousand to approximately 15 thousand dollars. I was then charged $300 for the wire that was replaced. I have no doubt Mr. Sparky has the skill to complete the task, however those rates are a bit more reserved for the elite. I obtained no less than 3 other estimates from reputable master electricians and companies, and found Mr. Sparky to be the most expensive. I believe the techs are qualified, I just think they are a bit over priced for practicality. As far as recommendations, go, I cannot recommend Mr. Sparky to the majority of people simply because it would be bad advice. I have no idea whether or not they would do a great job, because I couldnt afford to find out.

I was away on business and I received a call from my wife, she told me that the circuit breaker keep tripping. I called Mister. Sparky and had an electrician come out to the house. I was charged $387.00 for the electrician to come out and troubleshoot the electrical system. After about 3 hours the electrician said I had water behind the walls and that he wanted to tear down one of the walls to get to the wiring which he told my wife the cables behind the walls were bad. He also said that I will be responsible for repairing the wall and painting it. He also told my wife that it would be at least another $1000.00 for him to do so. I got a second opinion from another company and they came in and said one of the screws wasnt tight on one of the connections and said it was a pretty simple fix and shouldnt have taken no more than a hour, that company charged me $150.00 to come out and fix the problem and took about 30 minutes to do so. Still waiting to see if I will get a full refund from mister sparky for the misdiagnoses and waste of time. I do not recommend them at all.

The Two repairmen showed up on time. Both were clean, friendly, and professional. After assessing the situation, they found that we needed an additional dedicated appliance outlet in our garage. They quoted a very reasonable price, which we agreed on, and then quickly got to work. our old garage was filled with 25 years worth of clutter, so the two gentlemen cleared a path themselves and moved several heavy and large pieces of furniture so that they could get to the circuit board and electrical outlets. After completing the job, they did a free inspection of the houses electrical systems, and found that there were some dangerous circuits in a panel outside that really needed to be replaced as well. Again we were quoted a very reasonable price, and offered a senior and Veteran discount on top of that. Over all, we couldnt be more pleased with the terrific service and we would highly recommend them. We will be using Mister Sparky for all of our electrical needs in the future.

I had these guys out to do an estimate on some fairly minor repairs and installation of cone lights. Specifically, I needed six can lights installed in the kitchen (in a ceiling that was exposed to the rafters) and some dimmers and floor outlets. I also needed a fan put in. Their estimate (get ready) was over 3,000 dollars. I called a guy on Craigs List and he came out and did all the work for 250 dollars plus parts. Parts were around 250 dollars. They have this phony price list they give you where everything is itemized. I suppose if you wanted only one of those things done, the price might not be that out of line considering travel time. However, when you have about 7 to 10 hours of labor and they charge everything as if it is a standalone job, you end up with a nutty price. The guy did do one minor repair, for which I stupidly paid him $125. It was not done right and my handyman fixed it later. Total ripoff.

I have had this company take care of our home for almost two years now. I rate business on customer service, quality of service, reliability and warranty. We have had nothing but the BEST with this company. We have installed upgrades to include surge protectors, LED lighting throughout our home, smoke detectors with 9yr battery warranties. We sincerely appreciate the care and passion the techs have when doing their work. Josh, Richard are great Americans who have done a tremendous job in our home. Richard is an exceptional technician who I wish could re-wire our entire home. True professional and knows what he is doing!! Thank you Mr. Sparky for your credibility and outstanding customer service. I will tell as many people as I can how wonderful your team truly is!! Thank you!!

I was told by another electrician that I was conned for paying over $6000 to have to GFIs and a Electrical Panel. To my surprise I was horrified. But to make things worse, Mr. Sparky left a hole on the wall above the electrical panel they put in. They simply put the piece of wall back and a tape over it. Unacceptable! Now I find out that the holes on the wall to put the two GFIs loosened the underlayment and the insulation. This has been exposed to the elements for the last three months. Which is why we are having roaches come in under the refrigerator. Augh! We were blaming the Pest Control company that sprays every four months. The cost to fix these problems is in the hundreds. We are still to see what will be done about all this. Job: July 2016_Today Oct 11, 2016.
