I would never use this company again. Proceed with extreme caution. I called them to come work on a rental that my mother owns. The person that took my call told me they could come and there would be a service call of 89 dollars. This didnt seem to bad and most every electric company Ive ever used has been 80-100 for a service call and then the same amount every hour after that. When their electrician came to the house they told me it would be another 279 evaluation fee to fix the issue. I thought this was high but I just needed it done so I agreed to it. He then called me and told me some wires on the panel were too close together and that it would run down computers and Tvs eventually. He said it would be another 279 evaluation fee to fix this. I told him DO NOT do this because I was going to have someone else fix it and the price was outrageous. I gave him my elderly mothers number so she could pay via credit card and he told her the house was going to burn down and she agreed to have this job done. I was livid. He NEVER told me that it was a fire hazard, and as an agent for my mom I had already instructed him NOT to do this. I personally feel they are price gougers - doing an hours worth of electrical work for 700 dollars and they are cheats. I called the owner and he said he could not speak with me on the issue because I wasnt the owner of the home. WHAT??? you were happy to send a technician over when I called but now you can not talk to me about your price gouging and scaring an elderly lady? Horrible horrible horrible! Never again! Next Im lodging a complaint with the BBB on taking advantage of elderly people! ***RESPONSE SHOWS HOW THEY SCAM PEOPLE! The technician NEVER TOLD ME THAT THE ISSUE WOULD CAUSE A FIRE! I told him NOT to perform the work because he was charging 300 to do 10 minutes worth of work!!! I was going to call another company to fix it. He then called and scared my elderly mother!!! I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO CALL SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX THE WIRES THAT WERE TOO CLOSE!! SCAM BEWARE!!!

Quick scheduling, fast response time, and very informative company. Russell Zumwalt and his son fixed our issues quickly and have ultimately made a process that I was dreading turn into a very simple solution. Highly recommended.
