The experience my family had here was unprofessional and unethical. We were told one thing one day and then something else a different day. They did not communicate about what their services would entail, and because of this some of the family members were not able to make it to the entire service. They didnt invite family to speak at the service, and The owner Paul Wood, is very much a Christian and took advantage of our Jewish family. They market themselves as a being able to hold services for all religions but the services were anything but reflective of Jewish traditions. When my brothers body was available for a private viewing after reconstructive services even though he was being cremated they allowed some friend in but not other. And almost didnt let his siblings who were closer to him in to view him. He even went so far as to say you have no idea what we have been through trying to help your family. That comment was extremely unprofessional, immoral, unnecessary and also insensitive. If you want a funeral home that cares about the experience, the family and helping people. DONT come here. Im appalled at the lack of empathy for people in this line of business. They never once asked what my brother would have wanted, but I did take it into my own hands and lit a joint at the end of the service in his honor, they asked us to leave.

From the directors to the administration staff you feel comforted knowing that your loved one is receiving the best care and will be honored in the highest standard possible. Many thanks to everyone at The Springs Funeral Services for the care and compassion they provided for my family with the recent passing of my family member. Our family trusts The Springs Funeral Services staff to the highest degree. Also worth noting, earlier in the year the prearrangement team made my grandmother and great aunt feel confident in the care they will one day recieve and at ease in their selected services for the future.

They are fair and honest with everything they do. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I am forever grateful for all the love that was given to us and our son. Last Friday my Brother passed away. his remains were picked up by Springs Funeral services, the price was about $1000, no other customers were there, I waited for 30 min for them to "make copies", so I checked competitors prices while I waited and found Alternative Cremations, only charges $500 for the exact same service and have a handy app. , I asked the owner if they could make some adjustment on the price, he began to berate me, insinuate that I did not care about my brothers remains etc.. So I went to the competitor for 1/2 price for the same service. very disappointing experience.

Before my experience with Springs Funeral Services, I was under impression that funeral homes were just making money off other people’s misery. There are may be some that do exactly that, but not Springs Funeral Services. Tom and other staff treated me and my family with the utmost respect and compassion, doing everything they could to lessen our burden at a time when we were overwhelmed with grief. I was impressed with how well they organized the funeral and how attentive they were to every detail. I hope I never have to deal with a funeral home again, but if I do, I will choose Springs.

Tom has a gift of getting to know the loved ones personality to make each service as individual as the person themselves. When the final bells tolled the The Springs Services was the first place I called. My experience was nothing but professional, respectful and the services were impeccable.
