I have so many emotions when it comes to the staff at Parker Funeral Home. June 19, 2014 my Grandmother passed at the age of 98. I called PFH because they are a local and family owned and operated company. Thomas arrived with compassion, consideration and care for Grandma and the family. 2 weeks later, my husband, John, passed away at the age of 43. Again I called PFH and Thomas and Jordyn took amazing care of John and the family. When the casket was delivered I was not happy with the product. Thomas had me select a new one and has it delivered the next day. Working around a holiday weekend, flowers were selected and perfected. John was a Fire Fighter and we knew the service and processional to Parker Cemetery was going to be a large event. PFH coordinated everything perfectly and laid my husband to rest with honor, dignity and grace. Jordyn insured that pictures, guest books and flowers arrived to the service venue on time and insured it was all packed and returned everything to me safely the following day. I had not a worry, except for mourning the loss of my amazing husband. Now that John has been laid to rest, Thomas and Jordyn still take care of my every need. They assisted with artwork and the ordering of John’s head stone; and even shoveled snow off the grave site so that family and friends could celebrate John’s birthday. WOW! Is all I could say! I feel as though PFH, Thomas and Jordyn are family. I am always greeted with a smile, a hug and a genuine care. They have gone above and beyond for me and I thank them from my whole heart for everything they have done for me and my family. I am truly grateful for I could have never made it through back to back family deaths without them. Their help and assistance is why I was able to handle death with such composure and grace. 5 Stars, I really need 5,000 Stars!

We contacted Parker funeral home because our little dog had to be euthanized on a Saturday and we wanted nothing but the best for her to be able to be placed in a casket and inside a sealed vault so she would be protected from the elements when we played her to rest. we contacted Tom and came over and picked out a very nice infant casket that was one with satin and covered in satin along with a ball that was made of fabric glass that was airtight and watertight. He picked the dog up from the vets office and when we arrived at his office at 6:30 at night. It was snowing and freezing cold outside and we were extremely distraught. We picked up the casket and carried it to the car and after getting home realized that it was not the casket that we chose along with the vault that we chose. The casket had no way of being sealed and the ball was nothing more than a skill that went over the top one good rainfall in the casket wouldve been completely filled with water. Once we contacted Tom here read agreed to give us a refund if we were able to return the casket we were not able to return the casket because weve already bought a separate vault to place it in. Then the owner of the company Meredith got involved in it and all we were asking for was part of our money back and I paid for a casket that cost online only $200 or less everywhere on the Internet. They finally refused to give us any money back and this is one of the most tragic events of my life losing our dog of 14 years and these people just take advantage of you and steal your money. Do not believe the reviews that you see online these are some of the most dishonest people and I would hate to see what they do to humans.

My sister recently passed away unexpectedly. I was referred to Parker Funeral Home by someone from my church. Ive never had to make funeral arrangements before and had no idea what to do. Meredith walked me through everything and made me feel like family. She understood my needs and respected my wishes. She and her staff made everything so easy for me. Aside from that, I wasnt sure what to expect when I saw my sister for the last time but thanks to the staff who cared for her, I could tell they really took the time to prepare her and it showed when I had the viewing. I have called Meredith several times since the service with different questions and she is always happy to help me. She takes extreme pride in her services and has a natural ability to be compassionate during peoples darkest hours. I highly recommend this funeral home, I feel that my sister was treated with the utmost respect and care which is all anyone could hope for.

It is such a difficult thing just dealing with a loved ones passing. Im not really sure why I chose Parker Funeral Home initially but after meeting with Meredith and the respect, care and compassion that was shown, I cant imagine trusting anyone else with my mothers arrangements. She and Jordyn could not have been kinder and more helpful with the necessary decisions. The folder of information given to me alone has been a huge help with advice on so many things I would never have thought of ahead of time including transporting cremains on an airplane.. Also, the beautiful memorial website they offer to each loved one is so special in allowing family members to share pictures and thoughts. Such a special touch... I cannot thank you enough, Meredith and Jordyn for helping me get through such a difficult ordeal.
