Despicable business practices. I am AGHAST at your handling of my fathers burial, handling of payments, and still waiting on my fathers headstone for OVER A YEAR. Associate #1: misquoted pricing, overcharged, and did not bother to help us plan a wake. Sold us on ordering a headstone through Olinger cause they offer better quality, care, and insurance. We trust them to place the order. Ended up that They never placed our order for the headstone. Associate #2: called to touch base with us and let us know that associate #1 is no longer with the company. Ok, when is our headstone coming in? Oh, well associate #1 never placed the order so let me see what can be done. Never heard from Associate 2 ever again. Finally we call in to speak to associate #2 and check on our headstone. The headstone was again, NEVER ORDERED. Spoke to the facilitys manager(Lloyd) and told him we would be going with another company because of their mishandling. He said to please trust him and that he garuanteed to have the headstone in place by 9/27, the one year anniversary of my fathers passing. Lloyd said he is willing to work with us on the original cost. September 27 comes & goes and still no headstone. As of 10/8 Lloyd said he thinks it will ship next week. We are now going on thirteen months and have had to delay then cancel our expected memorial for my father. This place should be looked at by Better Business Bureau, seriously. Lastly, I think its sad how they treat the Persian Garden section of the cemetery. Take better care of ALL your families.

So far I am not satisfied at all with the cemetery. I see on a weekly basis most floral arrangements are taken down without regard to one having already paid for the lot but insist on removing items even after them saying they will not touch anything. Just recently noticed my babys marker was chipped and wasnt even notified about it, they make it very difficult to purchase a headstone for my baby through a trusted, bonded and insured 3rd source. They are trying to sell me the same headstone for double the cost. Honestly regret using their services but one in the moment of an unexpected event doesnt think competent enough and thats how they get you. Learned later on other cemeteries offer burial services for newborns for free.

We had a loss in our family last week ( May 2017) and Visited several places. This Place was the best for several reasons. 1. The Staff Travis and Kara were AMAZING they were very empathetic to our family and very professional. All staff were respectful and very sympathetic. 2. Pricing was fair and they were very upfront and transparent. 3. They went above and beyond, very proactive and I was able to reach them anytime. Save yourself time and heartache visit here first. ( I never thought I would have such wonderful things to say from such a tough situation but if this saves people from visiting other Places and having the same experiences I did then its totally worth it!)

BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! This mortuary/cemetery will rob you. They have terrible communication when trying to get something done such as putting a stone on my baby sister grave. Its been two years and the stone is paid off. My mother and I are still arguing with them to get something done. They were happy to take the money but dont see the end result. Weve ask them for a transaction history of the contracts and the purchases. They wont provide that either. If I were you, look somewhere else. :( We just want peace of mind to know that a mortuary/cemetery will take care of her. We are NOT SATISFIED!

I totally agree with all negative reviews.i wish they had zero star here. This company charges you and they never provide the service that they offer. When my father passed away, I was told by this company to buy stone from them because they have excellent customer service. They charged me and they never installed the foundation. Each time I have to speak with different managers . I dont know how many managers this company has. They dont understand that we lost someone and its not like we ordered somthing from ebay.

Very Unfriendly. I visited this place to pre-plan for my death. After walking in, I can feel the disgruntled vibe this place was having. After partnering with Adriana, it was clear she did not care about my needs. !!!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!
