WORST company ever ever EVER. Had my washer and dryer from Sears delivered two weeks ago and they delivered the wrong ones. Then after playing phone tag back and forth for two weeks (since they refuse to call people back), suppose to have my correct stuff delivered on Saturday. When they called saying they would be there between 10:30- 12:30 Im still waiting an hour later. When I finally call after waiting they said they forgot to call and inform me they werent delivering it. Rescheduled for this evening after they confirmed it but they say they apparently didnt speak to anyone on Saturday and dont deliver on Mondays. This is by far the worst company I have had to deal with. As well as rude customer service. I will never waste my time with this company again nor recommend them to anyone.

ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER. Honestly if this went into negative it would be down at -100 stars The crew and managers were rude, refused to work with me, cancelled a delivery, botched the next days time, NEVER called ahead to say they were on the way, and then ruined my new fridge with a faulty install that they refused to take responsibility for even though I stood and watched the guy disconnect the parts that broke. On top of this all, I lost a freezers worth of food and was offered $50, a total insult. Rent a donkey and haul it yourself and it will be better than using these guys.

Drivers are great. Getting them to call another story over all ok. Again the drivers were awesome.

These girls are rude, short, unprofessional, clueless. Do not recommend!
